Pierced?
Hey I was just wondering which would be better for health reasons: eyebrow, nose, bellybutton or lip piercing? thx

If by health reasons your talking about infections and such, I have my nose, lip, and tongue pierced, and neither of them have gotten infected. I had my bellybutton pierced and it sort of got infected. Belly button is the most dangerous because clothes cover it. When clothes rub up against a bellybutton piercing it tends to irritate it, and making it red and pusy, and air doesnt really get to it that much, so it tends to get infected alot. Eyebrow rings arent that good of an idea either because everyone that I knew that had one, the eyebrow rejected the earring, causing it to become shallow, and eventually falling out, leaving a scar. Nose rings arent that dangerous, since their on the face, air gets to it, and since you can easily wash your face in the shower, and water would get on it, it doesnt get infected that easily because its constantly being washed. I hope, lol. Lip rings are mild when it comes to infections because since their inside the mouth food can get into it, and it can become irritated from talking, but also since its inside the mouth the mouths enzymes kill bacteria, the same as a tongue ring. well my sister has her bellybutton peirced and i definitly think that bellybotton is the safest and that is my opionion and also bellybutton peircings look good and all the other ones look too punk and sumtimes trashy.

i think nose is best...its not too extreme and doesnt realy get in the way of anything(and you have the least chances of getting an infection)

I would go with the nose. Eyebrows leave a big scar, food gets caught in the lip, and bellybutton can get VERY infected. Definatley the nose! hope this helps, plz rate! good luck! :D

i would say nose / belly buttons. tongues, well my sis has hers done and food gets stuck around it. lips probably same thing. hope i helped.

I would say if you get any kind of piercing its dangerous, but the one I would go with would probably be the bellybutton, but its up to you. Really, to tell you the truth, if I could, I would do all of them :) Its really up to you.

i think belly button because you cant get it infected as easy as the rest because you cover it a lot more then the rest. hope this helps you out.

I believe a bellybutton piercing is safer. It's harder to get infected from what I've heard. Your next safest bet would probably be an eyebrow. I hope I helped!

i would think bellybutton because its more common. i would think they would all be good except for maybe lip cause you prob cause a greater chance of infection there just because its around your mouth and alot of stuff goes into your mouth. overal though they would have to be safe if people can do them

By far bellybutton, your eyebrow, lip, and nose will get more easily affected, and they're harder to cover up. Bellybutton would be the safest, and easiest to hide.

No, your belly button is not the most safe. In fact, you could get an infection from all of these. I would go with your eyebrow though.
