im 13/f about 111lbs.
I cant fit into a size 3 most of the time and that makes me think im fat. I see girls on tv who are in their 20s who weigh less then me. I've tried to cut down on the oh so loverely junk food. But that lasted 30 minz. (( i love chips<3)) I am drinking diet coke most of the time, i can't drink water all the time i tried that too.
I hate running, is there anything else i can do to tone up my body?

It fills you up but without the suger and caffeiene that are in other drinks.. try lifting wieghts to tone up your body. I take wieght training classes and it helps all of the extra fall turn into muscle so that you look toned, but only do this a couple times a week. you don't want huge muscles. lol Another great way to get you work out it to take yoga! i know that sounds cheesy, but it is so good for you and if definately keeps the wieght off. But seriously size 3 and 11 is not fat at all.. the average size of a 13 year old girl is a 5 which means you are below average. So don't worry about your wieght, most people who do are unhappy. ANY kind of soda, diet doesnt do anything at all. also you gotta cut down on the chips. everytime you find yourself wanting some chips, go find an appel to eat or a banana or just any kind of fruit or veggie.they r yummy and dont make you gain any weight at all.also go for a walk everyday or ride your bike. you could also do sit-ups/push-ups/crunches those things work out your abs really well.

Don't worry almost everyone has it, thats why you can't fit into a size three! Everyone loves chips but you have to cut down hun. Chips are bad for your health if you eat to much and diet coke doesnt make you lose if you drink a can of diet coke everyday for 1 year you'll gain 30 pounds!!!!!!!
If you don't like to run then swim, crunches are your best bet though, do atleast 50 a day if you get tired during it wait for 5 seconds and cont. doing it. Water also helps you lose weight! Eat fruit and vegtables you get energized and it also doesnt make you gain weight no matter how much you eat! So eat fruit and vegtables, drink water and do crunches! Hope I Helped! My brother stopped drinking pop for like a couple of months, he lost about 20 pounds. I'm doing what he did and it is working for me. I've already lost about 2 pounds. Try to cut back on the junk food. not totally, but cut back. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Don't be furious if it doesn't happen right away, losing weight doesn't work like that. Just be patient. no_commitment_69 answered Monday August 15 2005, 11:57 pm: sorry babe but when it comes down to it you have got to suck it up and stop being lazy i've tried all the short cuts before and well frankly they are usually temporary or dont work at all....there is no (safe) way around it hunn...it's up to you to make urself look more in shape unless u work for it....like the whole junk food 30 min. thing...uhg-uh no way not workin u have got to try

But it really depends on how tall you are...the avergae 13 yr old girl is probably about 5'3...and thats definitly not too fat...if your taller thats even better and if your shorter thats fine too...i could give you a better answer if I knew how tall yuo are..so if you want that than drop a question in my inbox
Other ways you could tone up is by doing cruches which really aren't that hard they're liek situps but instead of coming all the way up to your knees just come half way and back down again..those work great//i recommend doing 3 sets of 50 a day!
