Ok i am not a skinny person i am really over weight and i wanna loose a lot of weight before christmas and stuff so i can feel better about myself and so people will stop making fun of me and stuff i would like to know what to buy how much to eat how much to exercise and what foods are good and not how long i have to exercise what to drink and everything. I pretty much only drink water so yeah.And i want to loose as many pounds as i can in a week/month/year. so plz give me soem advice.

okay here is what you do:
if your a girl:
when you get a food craving, you get some nail polish, and you paint your nails. by the time that the nail polish has dried, your food craving will have more than likely perrished.

While having painted your nails, this prevents you from using your hands to get food, open food, and hold food.

Try to exercise once a day for about 20-min and try to eat healthy foods. If you feel hungry and want a snack instead of having chips have some vegetables or some fruit. If you try to just heat healthy foods you will loose weight very quickly! Good luck!!

try carb control...i just started and already lost 10 pounds..it really works...dont eat carbs...and if u must...small carbs.

Running, running is a GREAT way to lose weight and look better. 2 miles a day at a jogging pace is enough to gaurantee substancial weight loss in a 2-3 week stretch and 3-4 miles of walking to lose weight, but you won't get as much done for your heart, which is a big part of getting healthy. Also doing various muslce building excersizes will help to make your body look better and will help to bring back any part of the body you don't want sticking out. Also just any various excersizes (such as lots of jumping jacks, crunches, sit ups, push ups, etc) will help excersize your body and help tone it to where you want it. Salads are always a good item to eat (but not loaded with condomints and an excess amout of dressing) because they are good for almost any meal of the day and they work more with you body. Also eating balanced meals and measured meals (counting how much your eating) is a good way to control weight and bring it down. All these things working together with determination will help you lose weight and get your body into better looking shape.

Cut out all pop and junk food. Exercise every day. Run stairs, go biking, go running or walking for about 1/2 hour every day. Drink lots of water. Eat healthy foods, like fruits, salads and stuff like that. When you eat, eat slowly. That way you will feel fuller sooner. Try not to snack a lot between meals.

Well if you have stairs run up and down those a couple of times a day ( carefully).Instead of 3 bigger meals a day have 5 smaller meals.Do jumping jacks,crunches,yoga, anything that will get your blood pumping and it will wanna make you do more such as bike riding and/or running.Try to stay away from sweets and such.

Hey,
Well you should just eat 3 meals a day, cause you have to stay healthy. Those 3 meals can include:
Carrots, and other vegetables. Meat is good, but no FAT meat. Stick to salads without sauce. And it's really good that you are already busy with drinking water, cause that is really good. If you want you can drink some diet coke or something. But do realise that when you want to lose some quick weight, you can better drink NO diet coke at all. But if you aren't on a quick lose diet, then you can drink some diet coke, but not to much. Exercise is really important too. You need to start with light weights, for your arms and legs, and build it up. Also, running is a good exercise. Do this at least once a day if you want some quick results. So working out is a big thing. It can include allot of sports, the sports you love the most are good time killers, that keep you busy, and away from food. If your friends are eating something, challenge yourself not to eat anything. You'll feel better about yourself. Do stuff you like the most and have fun. You can also buy workout videos that might help too. Good luck with it! ♥

Hi there,
Well there are ton of website for this. And I really don't recommend diet pill if that is ever become one of your choice. There also shop like GNC where they sell diet supplement. Well the part about what food are good and how long you have to exercise is basically depend on how much you eat each day and how much time you have for exercise. Because exercise really should be done regularly. As much as drink water will help because it remove wastes from body, eat veggie and fruits are also going to help. Avoid soda, candies, chocolates are really enemies of diet. Sweet stuff, sugary stuff, and oily stuff. But this doesn't meant you have to turn into a vegetarian you just have to balace your diet.
Always know too that losing weight too fast is not that good. Its not good for your health and there's a chance you will bounce right back to become even more overweight. I will try and search for books and websites for this. But try go to the bookstore and find the categories about health and fitness, some books has all it said. Don't stay still, moving, walking, even laughing burns calories :)
