Draw frames on one wall in different sizes and then attach photos or whatever you can come up with inside the frames. Maybe a handprint! Saw it on TV on one of these home make-overs and I think it was great!!!
Good luck! x

Your carpet sounds awesome just go with those colors go to a place to get bedsheets and get a really simple one with the colors of your carpet and throught the rest of your room. Try to rearrange your room. Also add some classy frames (obvioulsy with pix inside) but they have to be in your color scheme. Also try to throw away things you dont use or dont want because its better that have a simpler room than a messy and overcrowded one. So keep everything simple. I would def. reccomend target for your low budget room. Also your walls arent a bad color just add some classy stuff and it will look awesome like lights etc. Hope this Helped.!!!!!!!!

Take a bunch of food and crayons and markers and go crazy on the walls...

because honestly... white walls are boring...

on a more serious note, go to a cool place like ikea... or seriously get a bunch of friends to come over and sign your wall.. your parents might freak., but if they do.. you can always paint over it!!

who listens to their parents, anyway?

The cheapest and most dramatic change you can make to your room is paint. Check out some paint websites (benjaminmoore.com, etc.) for color/pattern/style ideas.

Check in your local yellow pages for used furniture stores. Visit them and see if you can find anything cute that goes with your room. Also check out thrift stores like Good Will.

Your next cheapest options are Walmart, Target, Sams Club, and Big Lots.

the first thing for a new look is paint. (take down the border first) next you can change your sheets to a new design or color and maybe get a matching throw rug. if you have some extra money after that then you might like a cool storage container to keep control of klutter. please rate me. i want to be an interior designer.

Sounds some what like my room before I spiced it up. Well it reallie depends what your theme is, every room has a theme. If you like a tropical theme, try a hula skirt curtain, they're about $15ish or less @ ICINGS. Buy a small vase @ Walmart for less then a dollar and put some sand and shells in it and place it somewhere high up. some figurines at a dollar store. Try buying a blue rug at Bed Bath & Beyond for about $10-$15. For windows you can make soap designs...take a bar of soap and draw a scenary and when your ready for a change, simply wash it off with some wet towels.

But if your a winter girl get some cheap snowglobes at the dollar stores. Cut out some paper snow flakes from construction or tissue paper and glue alittle glitter.

If you let me know what you like I can give you much more advice. AIM- shakenNOTsturd28

well muh room is really kjute not bragging or nothing. i had to spend a lot of money i think. but i think you should paint your room blue or pink watever you like more. then you paint the doors( closet n door) the same color then you take a sponge and white paint and tap the sponge on the door its really kjute. i have it. get a proffesional painter though. i hope that helps.

A quick and easy way to add a little something to your room would be to put posters up on the walls. You could always get those glow in the dark stars to hang on your ceiling, door, walls, etc. You could put together a collage of pictures of you and your friends and put that on your wall or something. You could buy some cheap, but cute paint to paint your walls. I printed out lyrics, laminated them, and put them on my wall as well. I have a dry erase board on the back of my door, where friends can write or draw on when they come over. I have a karaoke machine in my bedroom too, which is awesome. Just having a tv, computer, stereo, etc. to your room adds to it. You can get a cute comforter for your bed, and cute curtains to hang at wal-mart, or the mall. Good Luck!

well first of all, invest in some cheap, but cute paint in your favorite color. buy a comforter to match (try walmart they have the cutest things!) and maybe some throw pillows. if you want, get a chair or counch at the flea market or garage sale and cover it to match your room. have fun! <3

Here are some themes I think are cute to try:

-tropical
-starry night/sky
-heart shaped stuff
-cheshire cat

I think you should check out walmart and K-mart or Hot Topic, because they have really cute comforters. You could put random pictures on your peg board. Make sure you also check out:

and try looking in Seventeen magazine, they always have good ideas.
