new hairstyle
School starts soon, and I want a new hairstyle, but I don't know what to do. I always left it down last year. This year I want to try something new. I have thick,straight,blonde hair. Like if I should cut or highlight etc. Any ideas would help, plz!

I would suggest that you try getting it thinned a little, that would give you a lot more options as to how you could do your hair. Try some highlights & lowlights, because those are easy to fix if you change your mind or don't like them. Try some longer side swept bangs too because you can always grow those out quickly. If you like them then you might want to try shorter, because that looks cute on almost anybody. Good luck!

u should get highlights and layers. when u go to the salon ask them what would be best, theyre professional so they would know

Cut it so maybe you have layers..or bangs? Even get highlights try a red or brown or even a dirty blonde highlights..they all look good in blonde hair..if you wanna be different put black high lights in the underneath of your hair..pink would look good also

A lot of my friends do good hair styles. My friend tanya she has thick hair, but gets it thinned out everymonth. she has layerdand, highlighted, and sidesweeped bangs. im no lesbian but it looks hott! Usually i just highlight my hair, straighten, or scruntch it. Scruntching - gel, moose, hairspray. whatever works. hope i helped!

It all depends on the shape of your face. Go in front of a mirror, pull your hair back, and trace your face with lipstick or a dry-erase marker. Whatever shape it looks like (heart, oval, square, or round), start to research good haircuts for that shape. Haha, yes research. Ovals, squares, and hearts look better with side swept bangs, but almost anyone can pull them off. Right now, my hair is a lot like Ashlee Simpson's and I love it. So easy to fix, a lot of different options, and really cute. Good luck!

i think it would look nice curly. you could try it out before you go back to school to see what it looks like. i think it would look nice. also if you have it layered. look through some magazines and pick out hair styles you like best and the different colours. i think if you want to dye your hair you should go for a light brown dont go too drastic at first like black. and do a semi perminant dye becuase if its perminanet you might not like it.

try scrunching it with gel or mousse. or get highlights ... but that usually looks good for the summer not fall. you could try getting lots of layers..that turns out real pretty most of the time.

I have similar hair (though mines not really very thick), well anyways, since my hair is PIN straight i get it angled in the front (to frame my face) and layered all over. If the thickness of your hair bothers you and makes it harder for a style, ask the hair dresser if she can thin it. My friend with thick hair got it done and it looks so good!!! well hope i helped...

I think that you should get it cut if it's long and put some low-lights in it. Maybe a light brown color and ask the hair stylist for tips on how to get the look that you want! Hope this helps!!
