greasy hair

Question Posted Wednesday July 20 2005, 4:50 pm

My roots get greasy really fast, like within 5-6 hours after I take a shower. Is there any way I can keep my hair cleaner for longer without taking 2 showers daily? Is there a shampoo that prevents your hair roots from being greasy? I rate.

The same thing happens to me...mayb your hair is used to the shampoo you use. If it is it may tend to get greasy. So if it does...switch shampoos and then when your hair gets used to that one switch back to your old shampoo. You could also get a shampoo that says...for normal to oily hair. If you find anything that works for you that i havent already said...gimme an inbox and let me know! AsH!

I use Garniare Sleek & Shine, it works amasingly on my hair, just use shampoo & condishanor, but don't use to much condishanor or it'll make it REALLY greesy, so just use enough to spread around your hair & you will be just fine

hope I helped!

dont use alot of conditoner and when you go to buy shampoo you should get a brand that says it makes your hair less gressey it will most likely work, and dont use other products in your hair cuz they might make your hair gressey.

Karen answered Wednesday July 20 2005, 5:25 pm:
As others said, there's a shampoo from Herbal Essences that is for oily/greasy hair and it works, as I've heard. Also, if you use conditioner, don't apply it near your roots because that will cause that section to become greasy.

THere's a shampoo for greasy hair that Herbal Essances makes. Also try not to put conditioner anywhere but the ends of your hair, or don't use it at all. Another thing is to buy a bristle brush which will distribute your hair's oil throughout your hair making it look shiny, not greasy. For a quick fix, wear a hat! =0)
