soccerplayer5674 answered Wednesday July 20 2005, 5:20 pm: Hey just say hey i mean whats the worst that could happen, he gave you his sn so he probably wants to talk to you and once you say hey the worst is over and you can start a conversation with him, i know what you mean but just type it first and maybe have a friends press enter?? maybe, lol well thats all i can give you, Hope I helped! =D [ soccerplayer5674's advice column | Ask soccerplayer5674 A Question ]
S_C answered Wednesday July 20 2005, 5:19 pm: Just IM him and say something like... Hey, whats up?
He might be thinking the same thing, maybe he's having the same problem, doesn't know what to say so he figures you'll start up the convo.
Just be like, hey, whats up, having a fun summer? What have you been up to this summer? Seen any good movies lately (kinda odd, but only thing I could think of)
Usually once me and a friend start talking it's sooo much easier to keep the convo going. Like when I talk to guys online I have nothing to say, but after one of us just starts talking we can be talking for hours. It's even like that with some of my friends. I remember I used to talk to one of my best friends Julia (no longer close friends, but oh well) more online then in person haha.
Anyway, just try and think up something to say.
Well I hope that I helped you out even a little bit!! [ S_C's advice column | Ask S_C A Question ]
xxxxxx answered Wednesday July 20 2005, 4:53 pm: YES! talk to him! of course the guy usually should make the first move, but he might be feeling the same exact way you are. Or maybe he doens't he typed in your screen name wrong and doesn't see you online. Just say "hey its ______ from the mall, whats up?" Just be friendly, dont give the impression that you want to be more than friends or anything! [ xxxxxx's advice column | Ask xxxxxx A Question ]
