LeoBaby1 answered Thursday August 4 2005, 9:56 pm: hmm 13 right... okay.. here it is.. i used to have pains like that too. Guess what happened that year? I GREW! haha. okay look if these things dont stop the easiest thing to do is realize that your arms hurts and most likely could be joint swollen. use ice and heat on and off *alternating* and take asprin daily.. Ice is really good i swear! If it persists and continues to hurt and worsens see your doctor it could be soemthing bigger having to do with your muscles not growing or bones etc.. it's okay dont worry about it. K? If you need ne thing else talk to your mom about it. Good luck. [ LeoBaby1's advice column | Ask LeoBaby1 A Question ]
JustAskAlli answered Wednesday August 3 2005, 5:37 am: Whoaa, your 13 and you think you have artheritis?
I don't think it can be..
Artheritis is strong/minor pain in your joints from your knees & hands.
But if your 13..that seems a little to young to be starting to have these pains at.
I would suggest talking to your doctor, and telling him where it hurts, how it hurts and he could tell you whats wrong & what to do.

ncblondie answered Monday July 18 2005, 8:44 pm: It is possible, but unlikely, that you have arthritis. Signs include joint pain, sometimes joint weakness, the joint is usually swollen, often feels worse when the temperatures are low, and the pain can worsen with movement.
Mackenzie answered Monday July 18 2005, 8:12 pm: How long has this been going on?? Have you been EXTRA active or working out recently?? Are you so out of shape that you might have pulled a tendon or pinched a nerve?? There's no age group for Arthritus, Hun. Whether you're 9, 16, 30, 55... some people JUST HAVE IT. =/ If this has been going on for two months or more, -OR- if this CONTINUES for another month or so, I think THEN would be the time to seek a medical opinion. For now, just take it easy... :)
Hope you feel better!!! [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
