ok well..im 11 yeears old, and like.. im 115lb. and im 5'2 and i abouslty hate it. People say im fat, behind my back..and im always hungry ..and i try to eat healthy but i still gain weight ..help?

You are perfectly fine. Not fat at all.

You are 11? You are always hungry because you are GROWING. You need the extra food. You will gain some weight, because you aren't done with your size changes. And the taller you get, the heavier. It is normal.

If it bugs you though, exercise, and keep eating healthy. If you gain weight then, it is normal, not excess.

Hey chill. When I was 11, I was 130 lbsand 5'3, and still normal. Even bmi charts say i was normal. Don't lose weight, cuz even if you were 5 inches shorter you would still be normal. Ignore the bastards who call you fat, cuz your not, ok?

At 115 pounds, you are not fat. Ignore the people that say you're fat; they are simply insulting you to make themselves feel better. Eating healthy is a good thing, regardless of whether you're trying to lose weight or not. If you do have a problem area where fat tends to build up, exercise focusing on that area.

Feeling hungry all the time is your body telling you it needs food. A healthy diet does not involve starving yourself. Your body needs food to function. Try eating more fruits and veggies. Lean meats (turkey, chicken, etc) are good since they provide protein for energy without a lot of added fat. Add a good quality multi-vitamin to your diet. One-A-Day has a great multi.

youre 11 tho. this site clearly states that you have to be 13 to be on. delete the questions before it gets deleted along with your membership.

your only 11 dont worry! im 16 and looking back in my yearbook from 5th grade..i see we were all a lil chunky! as you get older you develop muscle, get taller, grow into your body more..some people stay a little chunky (like me) but i dont look as chunky as i did back then

ok 115 isnt that big at all..look at the obesity problem we have! screw what people think first of all..the real friends are the ones who arent shallow like that..and the ones who are shallow and make fun of you..forget them because you dont need them in your life either!

for now:
excersise more..join a team..join ballet..go biking,swimming,walking, jogging, jumprope.

watch how much junk you eat..dont overload.

drink water

you dont need to go on a hardcore diet because your only 11 and your still growing..but doing that stuff will help you get results..dont go nuts though and you will be fine!

First of all, you shouldnt care about what people think. Its ok if you gain weight because youre still growing. Its more about how you look, and feel about yourself. Try eating less. You can still eat your favorite foods, just try to cut your portions in half. Try to keep yourself occupied. If youre busy, you wont eat. Maybe sleep in a little, clean your room, go out with your friends, help your mom around the house, just keep yourself busy. Do between 100 and 200 crunches day. It doesnt have to be all at the same time, but try to reach your goal by the end of the day. Every few days, increase your goal. Try going for a jog in the morning. If youre eating something, say ice cream, and you start to feel full, stop eating. To make sure you dont eat it, sprinkle pepper on it so you wont want it. Also, dont eat right before bed. When you sleep, you dont burn carbs or calories. Drink water with your meals and snacks. Water fills you up and will curb your appetite. Drinking soda also wont help. You can still drink it, just dont drink it as much, and if you do drink it, try to go for diet soda. I hope I helped. I lost 11 pounds by doing all these things. Just worry about how you feel about yourself and dont let people comments bother you. Stay confident, and dont give up! Good luck!

get involved with things, and maybe it will help you stop being always hungry. hide all the fattening food in the back of your pantry or refrigerator that way you'll be less tempted to eat it. get involved with a sport and keep up with it. hopefully i helped <333 steph

well,since your only 11 [[you shouldnt be on this site..i think people are going to report you but i wont]] you still need to grow. If you mom is tall [[around 5"7]] when you 12 or 13 you'll grow really fast. you are a little over weightbut thats okay,you need it to grow! i really think you should do a sport like soccer or track. These sports get you into shape. Fruit and veggies are awesome to eat! and maybe instead of haveing THREE BIGG MEALS, just try a nice breakfast,light lunch,and a kinda light dinner. If you are really hungry between meals,i think you should have some fruit or veggies [[like celery and peanut butter,fruit salad]]Dont pay attension to the mean people. Eat healthy,and excercise.Ride you bike or walk places! Dont worry your going to grow and you'll be one FIINEE teenager!!! i know it!! well i hope i helped !!
