How do guys feel about dating girls younger than them ? i know this guy who seems to like me , but i want to know if i should flirt more . I'm 13 , and he's 15 (: thanks !

Just go with who you want to go with, don't worry about age, it doesn't really matter at all. Hope this helps and it works out for you.
