Hey, ok. i have a babysitting gig tomorrow night. And its 2 years old...what the heck do you do with a 2 year old?!?!?! i've only babysat kids over 5! HELP!!!!!

There's loaddds you can do with 2 year old kids it's amazing!!
You can read them stories and talk to them. You could play witht them and theyre toys, watch kid's movies. All the usual styuff ypu'd usually do with kids!!

When i babysit two year olds i just put it on the show they like and make them watch it like a cartoon or i feed them lol it usually keeps them quiet...or they make me play out side with thier toys or indoors...hope i helped...!LIVESTRONG!

Well, as a mother, and as an ex-in home-childcare provider I can tell you that there is plenty to do with a 2 year old.
Get some games to play, coloring books, watch movies, take him/her for a walk outside, or depending on the sex, play with trucks, dolls, etc. Puzzles are good too, as well as blocks. That will entertain a 2 year old for hours.

just get on the floor and play with them... I've got a two year old brother and he loves having somone to push toy cars around with or someone to build towers with blocks that can be knocked over...its easy honest!

the 2 year old will keep you busy him/herself! they will be running around, just pulling out random toys. they might ask you to follow them around, play certain "games" with them. my friend has a 2 year old sister & we never have to entertain her.. she entertains herself!

Since the kid is just 2 years old just give it toys to play with. The baby wont be running around the house just keep it busy and you both could watch TV or something. You have to talk to them because they like a lot of attention. But you'll be fine. [[ ♥ ]]

mind you, Matt is now 3, but he had been 2 for a whole year and everything!
He enjoyed hot wheels cars, duplo/legos, kitchen set - plastic food rules, stuff animals, etc... standard little kid fare, but with less vocabulary.
2 year olds need extra help with potty issues, and may still be in diapers - no big deal.
