Most likely the reason for the nausea is the midnight snack's sitting in your stomach for to long. when you are laying down asleep your digestive tract slows down, and doesn't digest things as fast as it normally would while you are up and moving. Could just be that the food is sitting in your stomach for to long and making you nauseous. Try just eating a piece of toast if you must have a snack at midnight, something light. If not try not eating at that time of night at all. Truly we are not supposed to eat atleast three hours before we go to bed at night. Hope it helps. Good Luck.

Hun!! the same thing happened to me so what i did was i finally went to a doctor.

im sure the midnight snacks arent helping much but thats not 100% of your problem

it may be because in the morning you may have nerves.. that happens to me where when i try and eat i get sick to my stomach because im nervous in the morning

also when you wake up your body isnt fully functioning, so maybe your parents make you eat too early

I usto have the same thing but the way i got over it was in the morning try not thinking about my problem .. and what would make me nausious is eating less bread, the texture didnt help my stomach...

You need to stop eating big midnight snacks, because then when you eat breakfast in the morning, things will even out.

♥That doesn't seem normal. I'm not a doctor, so I really can't help you much here, but I can suggest what might be causing this.

*The midnight snacks, you said you ate big ones, try cutting down or not eating one for a night, when you wake up see if there is a difference.
*If that doesn't work, tell a parent and go to the doctor, there may be something wrong with your stomach or digestive system.
*Also, these are the symptoms of Morning Sickness when you're pregnant, have you had sex? Take a pregnancy test.

Good luck, feel better.

It's probably the midnight snacks.

Try sticking to a healthy, three meal a day cycle for a week or two. If the problems continue, then you'd best see a doctor.
