First off, never use soap! it drys your skin out.
I had to get rid of my acne in 6 days because i had a photo shoot. what i did was bought OXY facewash, OXY spot treatent, and the pads ($20 for all). I used them 3 times a day. And in the morning and night before i used the OXY, i did an Asprine Mask, which seems to help alot. (ASprine mask: use only the none coated asprine, put a lil bit of water with 6 of them mix it up, and put it on your face. helps alot)

I don't know what the fastest way is, just don't put toothpaste on it then leave it over night! One of my friends did that and it actually left 2nd degree burns on his face, he's lucky they didn't scar! It was right before a dance and he told ppl it was a 'freak moped accident'...trust me you don't want that to happen to you!

easy, wash your face two X's a day and get clearasil for the nights. wash your face with clearacil ultra. and if it dosnt go away it will go away in time

I heard putting toothpaste on your pimple can help (Not the gelly kind).
I do recommend Proactiv though (Although it varies on your skin whether it will give you results quickly or slowly). I say from experience when I say it works. It doesn't work for everyone, so I'm just saying this for you to consider in case you want to try it.

There really isnt a quick/fast way to get rid of a pimple. Trust me..I know...lol. You could buy that clearasil ultra thing. It says it gets rid of acne in 3 days. AsH!

a good way to get rid of them is to pop them then get a q-tip with peroxide on it and rub it where the pimple was. or if you want to buy something there is this clinique stuff that you can put on them and they are gone the next day!

There is a fast way to get rid of a pimpple and keep it gone. You wash your ace every mornig and at night if you really want to keep them gone you can do it in the middle of the day also, then you get one of those alcahol pads and only wipe it on the places you have pimples. I do it everyday, and I'm pimple free. But you have to do it every day or it won't work. Hope I helped! Please rate!

Dont pop it. If you poop it three more will come back and that one you poped will scar. Toothpaste works. Ir use proxide on it a few times a day. Wash your face alot. But dont dry it out. By something from a store for them. But when you by something from a store like face wash its gonna bring the pimples out of your skin then they'll go away. Hope i helped

pop the tip of ur pimple and get the pus out of it. if its not one that youre able to pop then wash your fash and dry it completely. but witch hazel on it and then a medicene you might have for pimples, like nuetrogena of sumthing.

It's good to Release the stored up pus by popping it. Then wash youR face, and keep youR hands away fRom it..

Wash your face with soap and water, then pop your pimple, then wash your face again. Once you got your face all dryed and cleaned up, put some toothpaste on your pimple. It'll dry your pimple up and will help with the redness.
