what are some quick and easy ways to lose 10 pounds?

Oh .. wow thats a hard one hmm i guess you should walk alot ...eat good stuff and be very active ..try and do some of those things like once or twice a day ..

This is a detox diet that heart patients go on before surgery in order to clean their system. Some of the wrestlers at my training school have been on it and it has worked great for them. It only takes a week, and if you do it properly, i guarantee you will lose the weight:

This seven day eating plan can be used frequently. If correctly used, it will clean out your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being as never before. After only seven days of the process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 pounds (results vary). You will have an abundance of energy. Continue on this plan as long as you like, but take periodic breaks between weeks.

This diet is fast fat burner, and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take in. It will flush out the impurities in your system.

NO DRINKING ALCOHOL ON THIS DIET.

Because everyone has a different digestive system, this diet will affect everyone differently. After being on this diet for 7 days, you will find that your bowel moments may have changed. If so, eat a cup of bran with fiber. The basic fat burning soup can be eaten any time you feel hungry. Eat as much as you want. Remember, the more you eat the soup, the more you will lose. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of the beef steak (absolutely no skin on the chicken.) Any prescribed medication will not hurt you on this diet.

NO NO NO bread, carbonated beverages including soft drinks of any kind. No fried foods.

YES YES YES drink plenty of water (6-8 glasses) along with any combination of the following:


Black coffee
Unsweetened tea
Unsweetened fruit juices
Cranberry juices
Skim milk
Note: This diet is from the Sacred Heart Memorial Hospital used for overweight heart patients to lose weight before surgery.
Soup Recipe

2 large cans crushed tomatoes
2 green peppers (chopped)
2 lbs. carrots (chopped)
1 pkg. Knorr’s Dry Vegetable Soup (no noodles)
1-10 oz. can beef broth
2 cans whole uncut green beans
8 green onions or regular onions (chopped)
1 bunch celery
1 jar salsa (optional)
1 can jalapeno peppers (optional)
Season (unless you add salsa and jalapenos) with curry, sale pepper, parsley, bouillon or hot sauce. Cut veggies in small pieces, cover with water, boil 4 minutes. Reduce to simmer until veggies lightly tender, not too soft. Add all ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes or so.
This soup can be eaten at any time you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, when you want. This soup does not add calories. The more you eat, the more you will lose. Fill thermos if you will be gone during the day.

Drinks


Unsweetened fruit juices or tea
Black coffee
Cranberry juice
Water (lots of water)

DAY 1
Eat only fruit (except bananas). Cantalopes and watermelon are the lowest in calories. Eat soup and fruit today.
DAY 2
All veggies. Eat until you are stuffed with fresh, raw or canned veggies (uncooked). Try to eat green leafy veggies and stay away from beans, peas, and corn. Eat veggies along with the soup. At dinner tonight reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter.

Do not eat any fruit today.

DAY 3
Eat all the soup, veggies, and fruit you want. No baked potato today. If you have eaten as above for three days and not cheated, you should have lost about 6 pounds or so.

DAY 4
Bananas and skim milk. Eat at least three bananas and drink as much skim milk as you can today along with soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbs as is milk. But you need the potassium from the carbs today.

DAY 5
Beef and tomatoes. You may have 10-20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 tomatoes today. Eat the soup at least once today.

DAY 6
Beef and veggies. Eat to your hearts content with beef and veggies today. You can even have green leafy veggies. No baked potato today. Be sure to eat the soup at least once.

DAY 7
Brown rice, unsweetened juice and veggies. No potato. Again, be sure to eat soup.

By the end of the day, if you have not cheated on this diet, you should have lost 10-17 pounds. If you have lost more than 15 pounds, stay off the diet for a few days before beginning on Day 1 again.

Dont Skip Eating Okay? But Eat Less. Dont eat anything sugary or high in fat. skip snacks. Run around a lot. Do sit ups and Pushups, eat salads and drink water

Swimming/running/volleyball/tennis, and cutting back on junk food/ not eating late at night will help you loose 10 pounds healthy and quickly! Tae-Bo also works WONDERS, try buying a DVD of it =] Hope I`ve Helped ♥

ok wear alot of layers of clothes like tank top t-shirt long sleeve shirt and a sweat shirt then run or exersize and stuff and u will sweat really badly and lose half ur body fat TRUST ME IT WORKS

it`s simple and pretty self explainitory: just eat good healthy food, lay off the fat and sugar foods.. eat vegetables & fruits.. and get lots of exercise, try something new everyday, one day go out for a bike ride, the next day go running at a track, etc.

well this is eas y i guess .. dont go on any stravation diets ! but you know maybe eat less in between meals .. like set three meals a day breakfast lunch dinner .. no snacks drinnk more water .. stuff like that!! good luck get back to me if you would like!! :)

Thats Really bad advice you got for your first one.
Don't starve yourself. its horrible, and it can lead to major problems.
1)there are no quick and easy ways to lose weight
The way you can lose weight though is to definently WATCH what you eat. If you eat lots and lots of food during the day. Next time before you go to the fridg ask youself if you really are hungry, or if you're eating cause your bored.
if you are actually hungry, then eat something good like fruit. That or ask your parents to buy good food and lay off the chocolate and junky stuff.
Try to get up in the mornings and run, its a good way to start your day. most people arent super hungry in the morning so if you run. and dont eat right after, you keep burning calories.
The best form of exercise is swimming.
after you are done swimming you keeep burning calories. from a couple laps in the pool you will be fine. but also in a pool you sweat, but you cant tell that you're sweating cas it is washed away.
