what kind of jobs..
i'm turning 16 soon and i was wondering what are some jobs that hire 16 yr olds that arnt too public...lol i mean like not mcdonalds where everyone goes. thanks =)

publix, pet stores, vet offices. there are a lot of options if you look. Also, have your parents talk to people at there offices or something like that. If they work in a big office building sometimes there are other companies that want a teen to file papers and things like that.

yea i didnt want to work at mcdonalds or a grocery store when i started to work, so i worked for a cleaning company and cleaned houses.. ♥ Dez

well, what are your interests? I mean, if you're into journalism then you can intern for local papers, but it wouldn't be a great idea to work for some clothing store. But, if you're into fashion then maybe a thrift store is for you. You could buy a bunch of clothing then experiment with editting. Just think about what you want out of the job.

Hey you can get lots of jobs at 16. Try at salons or as a watress or in a clothes stores.
Just go to your local stores and ask if they have anythink going.

well i don't know quite off hand what jobs hire 16 year olds you should try looking in the local newspaper or around supermarkets and stores or you could ask your family they should know what jobs hire 16 year olds or ask other people you think that would know.

mybe try like rite aid ( or similar place) photo counter.....or mybe and intern at small bussness place ( copy/mail gurl) hope that helps

It's tough to find a place hiring that isn't too public, unless you find a place that isn't very busy..like a furniture store or pool supply. Some place that people visit on occasion.
