Heptune answered Sunday June 19 2005, 12:31 pm: In addition to the answers you have already been given (flossing and tongue scraper), I would recommend Listerene.
And if, in spite of all these measures, bad breath continues to be a problem, consult your doctor. Sometimes bad breath is caused by metabolic problems. [ Heptune's advice column | Ask Heptune A Question ]
HyperactiveMiss answered Saturday June 18 2005, 9:40 pm: Don't just brush your teeth and floss...be sure to brush your tongue and use a tongue scraper. Your tongue is probably where most of the bad breath is coming from. You can also use mouth wash. You could use mouth sprays, but I doubt you want to carry them around lol. Just carry around gum and mints. Gum keeps your mouth fresh and so do mints, except mints dissolve quickly. You might also have bad breath because you aren't eating and drinking water. If you've never noticed, if you don't eat or drink anything all day your breath starts to stink. And if it's really bad and nothing helps, you can see the doctor. It could be a natural thing. The doctor will give you pill for it or something. Hope you have no more breath problems! [ HyperactiveMiss's advice column | Ask HyperactiveMiss A Question ]

sweetestthang574 answered Saturday June 18 2005, 9:22 pm: I would suggest listerine! Or that new colgate stuff! I use it every day and my breath is minty-fresh =D haha
MHScutie87 answered Saturday June 18 2005, 9:22 pm: get one of those nifty tounge scrapers. they get rid of the bacteria by scraping it. but make sure to use warm water when you rinse it off after you use it each time.
if you use mints or gum, make sure to get the gum without alcohol because it just makes your breath worse.
Razhie answered Saturday June 18 2005, 9:21 pm: Brushing your tongue helps alot and there are some really expensive treatments for constant bad breath. The best thing to do I think is to brush your teeth and tongue well, use a mouth wash and then carry some tic tacs or breath mints around with you and have one after every time you eat.
