Does anybody know any Fruity Smoothies that are good for you, and don't have a lot of extra sugars and fats. So basicly recipes for a healthy smoothie?

It is high in fiber, antioxidents and protein. It should help you keep energized all day.
1 kiwi, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch chunks
half a mango, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch chunks
1 cup orange juice
2 cups apple juice
1 cup extra-firm light tofu (found in the produce section)
Combine the ingredients in a blender on high until smooth (about 30 seconds.)

You'll need
1. 1 banana
2. cup of strawberries *w.o the leafs on em .. lol
3. milk
4. ice
5. vanilla ice cream *can be subsituted with low fat vanilla yogurt
You'll need to do ..
Out all ingredients in the blender and blend for appx. 30-40 seconds, then enjoy! Hope you like it!

2 small bananas
1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
1 8-ounce carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
3/4 cup milk
Directions
1. Peel bananas. Cut bananas into chunks. Place banana chunks, frozen strawberries, yogurt, and milk into blender a container.
2. Cover blender and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until mixture is smooth. Turn off blender. Pour drink into 2 glasses. If desired, serve with pieces of toast spread with peanut butter. Makes 2 servings.

calories: 259, total fat: 5g, saturated fat: 3g, cholesterol: 13mg, sodium: 113mg, carbohydrate: 49g, fiber: 3g, protein: 9g
