fruits what are some good fruits to eat to get healthy and lose wieght ?

apples, bananas and oragnes...i think those are the best. there might be others like plums, peaches, grapes...almost any fruit is really good for you.
just remember that too much fruit will give you diarrhea, so eat only in small amounts.

Pretty much any fruit you eat is going to be healthy. Fruits are great for weight loss, because they keep you full and they are low in calories and high in nutrients, and they are sweet so people actually eat them. I especially like apples, grapes, watermelon, canteloupe, bananas, and peaches.
Just make sure you keep your kitchen well stocked with them, and some veggies too. ]
to lose weight you should experiment with almost all fruits and vegetables. Also exercise 3 times a week 30 minutes each episode. Also keep the exercise at a pulse that's not to high. ]
All fruits are good to eat - but don't forget about your vegtables, too. Cutting down on fatty and processed and hormone filled foods such as meat will do wonders for your health, too. ]

There's a lot of fruit you can eat! You can also dip apples in peanut butter (if you don't have an allergy, or course) or you can put a little sugar or whipped cream on strawberries, blueberries, rassberries.)
Here's an awesome treat, take some plain vanilla yogurt, and some rasberries, blueberries, and some granola to it. Mix it a little bit with a spoon, enjoy! It's sooooo good.

all fruits are good for you, but melon is the best because it fills you up quickly. Strawerries taste very good, if you do not dip them in sugar or anything. Do not eat watermelon, because it will give you water weight.
