I am a 17 year old girl and I just made a huge mistake. I have a boyfriend, but this other guy has been hitting on me, flirting like crazy... and last night I gave in. It was only a few kisses, nothing at all really. But I feel really guilty. He said he won't tell my boyfriend because he knows I still love him. But what do I do? I really do love my boyfriend, this was just a one night slipup... if I tell my boyfriend I'll probably get dumped, if I don't I feel guilty... but I'll still be with him which is the desired outcome. I really like this guy, John. I talk to him all the time on the phone but I don't get to see him that often because he lives 30 minutes away. Well he knows that I like him, and he tells me that he likes me too, but he constantly is telling me about all these girls that he hooks up with. ok umm my friend is not eating. she says she eats infront of a big group of ppl but then when she is only around a few ppl she says she does not eat. she drinks energy drinks like crazy and i tell her to stop drinking sooo many b/c you can die if you drink too many, and she is not even doing a energy when she drinks them.and i have told her to start eating and stuff but she won't she wants to loose wait, and i said to just workout and not to starve yourself and yeah. i am really worried about her. she is always tired b/c she is not eating and she is not getting her calciam or however you spell that and it makes her tired so she drinks a Red Bull.i don't know how to help her. should i tell a parent if i tell her to stop and she doesn't?? please help me

you should tell an adult. they will get her the help she needs. this is a scary situation because you're scared of losing a friend if you tell but you're also scared she may die. you should show your friends tapes about anerexia. if she's not eating her body won't get the proper nutrients and that will cause it to feed on the other things in her body. she would become weak and very sick. the red bull doesn't help either because that has way too much caffine. get her immediate help because she might not eat than she might work out like 7 hours straight and it would harm her so bad you would faint etc.

just start real soon. don't just walk up and be like hyper or anything that they might find you annoying. all you have to do is get warmed up to them and then no matter how outgoing you are you'll still have friends.

All around my breasts and on them its all red and REALLY itchy they're little rash lumps aswell. It has just happened when i wore my new white bra but the thing is I have the same bra but in black and it didnt do this?!!? The bra is 100% cottonn and it dont itch with anything else. im a 16 year old guy and anytime i do physical activities (i.e. gym class, basketball, baseball, running and other sports.)i end up soaked afterwards and some of my friends are somewhat sweaty. I would assume its because im out of shape but i beat most other atheletes. I think it might be because i am fat. Im 5'9 and weigh 197lbs. Some is muscle but some is fat so idk. Can anyone tell me why this is and what i can do to be less sweaty?

after i read your question i went online and looked up sweat. what i think you have is excessive sweating or otherwise known as hyperhidrosis a disorder whereby the sweat glands produce an abnormal amount of perspiration. the websites all seem to reccomend maxim so maybe you should check that out. hope i helped.

you should try some fruits and vegetables. not only that portion siz keep in moderation. you should find some activities you like to do and exercise just to stay healthy. stick with it!

I'm never really sure what to say to the question "I love your shoes! Where did you get them?" or any other clothing item because I really don't want to say anything to incriminate me. The popular kids will laugh if you answer anything like "target", "payless shoe store", or some other department store, and the kids that I'm friends with call me stupid if I tell them that I bought them at Hollister.
