nerual12 answered Sunday June 12 2005, 3:06 am: drink lots and lots of fluids! I once had to perfrom with a semi-lost voice and stuffy nose... it turned out fine. When it was really bad, my director had a friend of mine sing with me sort of like a duet to help fill in on the spots I faded out. Take a nice hot shower or sit in a nice steamy bath to help clear stuff out.

Drink tea with lemon and hunny.
Garggle (spelling) warm salt water.
Put a humidifier that circulates steam/water into your room while you sleep.
Boil some water over the stove, and use the steam to help you breath.
Deanimal answered Saturday June 11 2005, 3:54 pm: TAKE ZINC AND TAKE IT NOW! Or, go buy cold-eeze and take like 4 a day. They shorten your colds if you take them quickly enough, so go take them NOW. NOW!!1
Teza answered Saturday June 11 2005, 1:04 pm: There are ways that you can treat a cold. Get Tylonol (sp) medicine for stuffy nose, caughing and sneezing. If you take the medicine your cold will defenetlly go away sooner then just by not doing anything. Hope you feel better! =] ♥ [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]
