Swim Suit
Im going to the beach this month, and I have no confidence when it comes to wearing a bikini. I'm pretty skinny everywhere else except my waistline. (I have really huge love handles that are unproportional to the rest of me.) I've been trying to lose it before this summer, but not seen any progress. Im also uncomfortable wearing bikini bottoms for some reason, I know im weird. So i bought some girl swim shorts that go to my knees (like surf shorts.) Do you think that would look stupid for me to wear those and a small tee or tank top when im swimming?

Heck no, I love board shorts and I think they look really cute with a bikini top or a tank. In the end it doesn't matter what everyone around you thinks, you should wear whatever makes you comfortable. If you think you look good and are confident about it, then screw everyone else. You are beautiful in your own way, never let anyone tell you different. I tend to get a little self conscious and I do have love handles (which annoy the crap out of me) & I too am trying to get in better shape for the beach, but as long as I am comfortable with myself thats all that really matters. I bought board shorts and a tube top for the beach when I go :)

i think you should always were what is most comfortable for you who care what anyone else think the only person you really need to please is your self what i would do is try on the outfit look at your self and see what you think if you don't think it looks good then try something else i have big love handles to and don't really like my tummy either so what i do is were a one piece or a shit and take it off before i get in the water they also have the shorts for bottom but like i said go with what you think looks best you will be more comfortable and happier. wish you the best of luck and hope everything works out cc

I think that'd look cute. It'd look better then hanging out all over the beach, and by that i mean with your breasts and your butt. Don't worry, you'll be cute. Just say to yourself, "i <i>AM</i> cute" before you go. Have fun.

Well. really it depends on your height, the texture of your skin, maybe even the color of your hair or eyes because things like that definitely matter. I don't really think it's stupid I just think that it sends out a signal to those that you're uncomfortable with your physical appearance . The conservative clothing shows this. But then again, this is the U.S.(that's if you dwell in the U.S.) and no one truly cares. Wear it with pride and confidence. It's not the suit that makes you but it's the way you wear the suit that makes you. Therefore you make the suit. Be of pride. I hope I was some help and have a nice day.

no!@ but maybe instead of a t-shirt (i no you said you didnt like bikini tops but...) it would look SoOoO cute if you wore boy shorts with a bikini top. try something new. thats your opinion on how you look...most of the time people will think the oposite of wat you think.

NOOOOO LOL we are so alike I except I have huge thighs and I hate showing them off, So I wear Boardshorts or like you say "Surf Shorts" They are the cutest thing ever!! I reccomend them to you they will look 100% better if you dont feel comfortable wearing a bikinni ive been wearing Boardshorts cause not only do I surf just I never felt comfortable showin my stuff like that! SOOOO CUTE!! Lol alrighy then be ready to have them guys lookin at ya at the beach cause if you wear board shorts they are defintly hott!!

Well if your skinny it shouldnt matter. Dont fell diconfident about yourself. Its ok to have little love handles. tRUST ME IF YOUR THAT SKINNY THEN THEY CANT BE THAT BAD BC THEN YOU WOULD BE CHUNKY TRUST ME. i THINK YOU SHOULD GO SHOPPING FOR A T PEICE WITH YOUR friends so you can get a 2 and 3 opinion. i hope I helped you
