This sums it up thought
Infants - about 16 hours per day
teens- 9 hours
adults - anywhere from 5-10 hours ]

Everyone needs a different amount. But, id say anywhere from 9-11 hours of sleep i guess... i sleep 11 on the weekend and 8 weedays... idk, everyones body needs a different amount... ]

It depends on how old they are. Babies should get a lot of sleep, but adults should have like 7 hours of sleep. Teenagers should get about that, but we can't fall asleep until after midnight and then we have to wake up at 5:00 so it's impossible for us to get any sleep, that's why we are always dead in school. ]

Hey! Here are some sleeping statistics:
-Kids ages 6 to 9 need about 10 hours of sleep a night
-Children ages 10 to 12 need a little over 9 hours of snoozing a night
-Adolescents need about 8 to 9.5 hours of sleep per night.
-Adults need about 7.5 to 8 hours of sleep per night.

Doctors say that people should get at least eight hours of sleep every night. To refresh yourself every morning, then sleep at least seven or eight hours. Do not sleep too much though, because they say it's bad for your health for some unknown reason.
