How much sleep should a dog get?

It depends on its age... older dogs sleep more and so do puppies because puppies are growing and older dogs get tired easily. My dogs sleep about and hour or 2 and then they play then go back to sleep in another 2 hours id say. It also depends on what kind of dog you have! If you say how old your dog is, it'd be wasier to give it a range...

as much as it wants really, but if a dog is not acting as active as usual, it could mean that something is wrong and should be checked out by a vet.

As much as it wants. There is no limit. They can sleep whenever they want and as long as they want. Even tho they need exersise so they shouldnt sleep all day. ex__o0h ♥
