Face Shape

Question Posted Saturday May 7 2005, 11:15 am

My hair is really long and wavy, and my face shape is round. Will my hair make my face seem longer (which is what I want) or is there another style that can do that?

Try hair styles with fullness and height at your foure head or try off center parts. Short hair styles with a swept-back direction or hair styles that are longer than chin length. By layering the top to achieve fullness and keeping the rest of the cut relatively close to the face, your face shape will appear longer and narrower.

Long hair generally makes your face appear slimmer, shorter hair will make it look rounder. Long wavy hair is fine but for an even slimmer face you could straighten your hair.

Yes, long hair, worn so that is falls on either side of your face, will make your face look longer.

your hair sounds good the way it is, but if you want to get it cut, i would suggest layers in the front! it will appear that your face is longer, but keep the length of your hair. maybe even get some side bangs !

Your hair style right now could make your face seem longer but if you straighten it and get side bangs, that will definitely make your face seem longer.

You hair sounds good the way it is. If you really want a change though try get side bangs or straightening your hair. With straightened hair, your face will seem longer. Hope my advice helps! ~Jenn

heyhey! What you might want to do is get your hair layered and add a few bangs.People with rounded faces truly need to have hair that doesnt interfere with their beautiful features.Dont do anything totally dramatic, but then again make it noticable.no worries:-)
