Girls being bullied
Okay, well i have to do a speech, and im doing it on how girls are just terriably mean to eachother with the backstabbing, and the calling of names such as "whore, slut, skank.. ect" and everything else that has to do with bullying. if anyone has any stories about their lives and being bullying by other girls please comment me. or e-mail me on xobabicakesox@hotmail.com

I read a book entitled Sticks and Stones. I know it was by Orca books, but I can't remember who it was by. I finished it in bout 45 minutes. It was pretty short. The main character gets called a slut and she does the same type of report as you.

well i dont mean to be rude but i am considered one of the "popular girls" and people always talk about me and my friends.. and i dont know if it is because they are jealous? or what. i know that one girl went off on this huge thing bcuz she sed that i came up to her and hit her. which was totally not true. i confronted her and she broke down and sed she just wanted some attention and that i had it all or sumthing like that. which i find kind of sad that these girls are doing whatever they can just to feel liked and have attention.. so i told her i forgave her or w/e ..

heyy .. well i am one of those girls who call people sluts whores and skanks so i think i would know why we do it we do it because all of the other girls that are in the "group" hate us because we are all friends in the group and they call us that stuff first and then we call them that because they called us that and we are the ones that get in trouble and have a bad and mean reputation just because we hang around with each other in a group well i hope you get our point of view and you now have the girls that get bullied and the mean girls side of it

the main reason that the girls in my class are so bitchy to me, is because i'm friends with like all the guys in my class...so they're like jealous or something, and they want to make my life a living hell because they don't get any of the attention anymore. and it really sucks. but thats only of a portion of the whole story. so, yeah, hope that was enough. <3 peace

Well, I am much older than you are, but I remember when I was in High School, it was definitly like that. So I was very surprised to find out that when I left high school, and went to college and went into the work force, got married, had kids, got divorced......it was the women friends in my life who stayed with me and supported me. Now I much prefer my women friends to men friends, even though I liked boys/men better when I was young. In fact I had more friends who were boys than girls when I was young. I guess what I want to say is that Mature Women don't act that way, and if girls really want to grow up, then we should support each other. Young girls are always trying to look and act grown up, so they smoke, they drink and they have sex - thinking that makes them grown up, when really only "growing up" makes you grow up. SO that means acting mature, which means "NO TEASING, NO BULLYING, NO PICKING ON OTHER GIRLS, NO STEALING BOY FRIENDS, NO BACK STABBING, NO TALKING BEHIND SOMEONES BACK, NO GOSSIP, AND NO DUMPING YOUR BEST FRIEND JUST BECAUSE A BOY IS PAYING ATTENTION TO YOU. Now that is how grown women act.
So if you can get that point across maybe you can make an impression on these girls.

there are these 2 girls that have been friends forever and then they both liked this one guy and so girl A trashed B to the guy and lost the friendship for the other girl. then girl b got really mad and ignored her. so girl A starts rumors at school about how she was some asian whore and stuff. she also trashed EVERY girl in the grade and the secrets got out. so there were a bunch or verbal fights about whos man was better and god-knows-what. then girl B starts gettin allies cuz no one liked what A was saying about them. so then girl A was alone and still talking about B to me (i was neutral) so nothin was resolved at that point. after a few days A started the biggest scene- crying, bitching -the whole 9 yards and eventually gained back some ppl. then those ppl told B and they all talked about her. eventually they all apologized but theres still stuff going around about it.

Sure, I have a story for ya. I don't know if this is exactly what ur looking for though: There is a girl in my grade who's 'special'(mentaly challenged). These two girls who are real jerks always say that she's stupid and a retard(sp?) all the time. I don't think she understands why they say that but she does think they're mean, and cries when they taunt her. She even had to move lunch tables to avoid them. She is the sweetest girl but she is always bullied. I try standing up for her, but you know how bullies are. They never give up.
