You should let your friend know what you think!
NO girl should prefer their boyfriend to their friends... if shes a true friend then she ll understand and maybe come out of this stupid cycle you were talking about!! As for the actual relationship there is nothing you can do about it, my friend is like that but at the end of the day (6 months later) she came to her senses and moved on from the guy. but for now its your choice on whether you stick by this grl and her annoying cycle or walk away until she comes to her senses and puts you before him. if she neva comes round then i'm sorry to say she isn't a very good friend! Good Luck!!

Let them continue through their pathetic annouying pattern, they'll get it soon. This is just weird insane love, you love them, then you don't, repeat 5,000 times. Your friend isn't really going to kill herself, thats obvious by now, and you and your best friend know that they're just going to get right back together, simple as that. Try doing something for yourself that will distract you from watching how many more times this will happen. Set a goal for yourself and pay attention to that instead.

Next time they break up and she starts threatening suicide tell an adult and get her some help. Maybe then she won't be allowed to see him again.

Tell her that you are happy for her, but on the other hand your not. explain to her that he is not everything and it seems like he's getting between you two and your morals. tell her he's not right for her, and that she might find someone better. she might get mad, and if she does explain that you just care for her and wants what is best. even if that means there might be pain for a while. hope everything goes well! good luck!

i was in a similar situation a few months ago. I told her every negative thing about him in hoping she would get over him. Eventuly she did, but it took a while. If your as good friends as you say you are you should ride it out.

Hmm, well I think you need to tell your "friend" what you really think about this guy. Tell her he's just going to wound up hurtinh her again if she doesn't break-up with him or fix the problem. Just try to talk to her and remember to say your just trying TO BE A FRIEND.

CameronASTB answered Wednesday April 13 2005, 8:11 pm:
yeah... my sister is the same way... & the guy shes with has a child with another lady & hes living with someone else & to top it off, hes as old as our dad! hes like 46 or 45 & shes 26(I'm 14 & our dad is 48)!!! so yeah, its a big mess, alls you can do is try to talk to her, my sister... you can't do that to, so sometimes you just have to wait untill they finally get it through there heads that the guy is just not right, so just try & talk with her, & if that dosen't work, your just gonna have to wait

hope I helped!

No offesense to your friend, but she's stupid! I mean to get back together with a trouble maker, and a guy who's always breaking up with her? I mean what's done is done! You need to tell her that the next time he breaks up with her it's FINAL! Hope this helps!!!
