Well, it sounds like you are just addicted to the game. You need to try to take your mind off of it, and just put the comtroller down and walk away. Then, once in bed try deep breathing, or other relaxation methods.

Close your eyes & Breathe deep through your nose, hold it in until you can't hold it anymore, then exhale until you absolutely need to take another breath. This is caused your natural breath. Concentrate on your breathing, and you will eventually be so relaxed, or tired of concentrating, that you will fall asleep.

Don't worry, I've had the same thing myself. The problem is the videogames, if you play them just before you go to bed, it'll be fresh in your mind, especially fast-paced games like super Smash Brothers.

What you need to do is stop playing the games about half an hour before you go to bed, and try to read or watch TV in that time.

Wow. You need a new hobby. Try doing something physical. You'll sleep better, and you probably won't be dreaming about playing video games. I don't think you do enough productive things during your day to make you tired. Also, eat enough foods, get your daily intake of vitamins and such.

I doubt you're sick, but it's always a possibility.

Yeah I have some advice. Get rid of the stupid video games, they're rotting your brain and are about zero percent constructive. Seriously. Think about this- how long are you going to live, any way? Do something that actually affects something or someone else instead of this ridiculous little virtual hamster wheel you have so selfishly and moronically lain yourself in.
Your brain is not meant to puzzle over these unreal problems and obstacles. They in the end affect nothing and will only A. make you stupid, or B. fuck you up. So here's an idea. Go throw all of your video games off a bridge and try picking up a book.
And if you're still too dumbfounded to read go do something else while your brain struggles to heal- volunteer at a nursing home or a pet shelter and help some people or animals, if people aren't your thing. (You seem quite the antisocial)
Do things that make a change for others and stop being such a video game loser.

Um....your just becoming addicted to these games...thats all there is to it. If your playing a gam all day, and then sometimes take little breaks to sleep, your still thinking baout the next time you can play it. So put down the joystick or however you say it (lol im a girl i dunno) or put away the x box and ps2 and do something else to get your mind off it. Hope i helped!

Contact your docor, because thats not healthy staying up for days at a time. I dont think it has anything to do with your obession of video games lol. but seriously...talk to your doctor about that. He will most likely diagnose you with something and give you some meds.

yeah, my brother is the same way. whenever he's home hes inside playing videogames and he doesnt move for hours. he plays at night and hardy gets any sleep. he goes to bed at 3am on school nights. the doctor diagnosed him an insomniac, which you most likely could be. so go to your doctor and he can give you pills.
