I hope not. Pitbulls, or American Staffordshire terriers can be extremely loving gentle and playful dogs. But, that's only if you raise them correctly. Please do not try to make her into a fighting dog.
Anyway, if your asking for advice on how to train her properly, I can help you with that
Firstly, because of the breed, you need to socialize her early on and often.
Bring her to areas where other dogs will be. Perhaps a dog park, into pet stores often, to some sort of puppy play time groups. Also, bring her to her vet just to check the place out. Have the people at the vet's office give her some treats. That way, when she comes to get some shots, she'll remember the treats, and take it easier.
After that, start out with gentle training. Give her treats and praise for all the good things she does. Ignore all the bad things she does. Get a crate to put her in when she's bad, or when you are gone and can't watch her. A crate is a good tool to use when housetraining a dog also.
Start to bring her for walks now. I can give you specifics on how to make her have good leash habits if you need them.
