I'd just quit bugging him about it.Really when he's ready he'll get up the nerve. Or when he finds a girl he wants to ask bad enough.

your friend should flirt with her a little befor asking her out. he should talk to her too. after he has been talking to her 4 a while like 3 days he could just ask her out lik say "do u think it would be fun to see a movie this weekend?" then she will no he is nice or funny or whatever and she will probly say yes. thats how past boyfriends have got my attention. hope i helped

group dates are fun...also, have a mutual friend ask if she'd go out with him if he asked her out...that would work for me!!

Tell him that if he wants the girl then he needs to ask her out soon. unless she has a boyfriend. then he needs to wait. maybe tell him to like write her a note and ask to hang out or something. tell him NOT to ask her out over the internet or in a note.. its really immature to us girls! believe me! its not a good start for a realationship!

hey now...thats not to nice. no name calling. lol. maybe you could do a little backgroung check on this girl, see if she likes him. if she does, theres a confidence boost right there. whats the worst thing she'll say? no? and if she does say that, its not like your friend would loose anything, hed just be in the same spot he was before. :)
