Sophie_xxx answered Saturday March 5 2005, 12:24 pm: I know you've probably heard this loads of times before, but hun, you are too young for him.
Try to slowly let go of him and branch out to someone your own age-and then your Mom won't mind so much!
Good luck,

I really don't think you SHOULD go anywhere without your mother in this relationship, FOR YOUR SAFETY! [ XxJules101xX's advice column | Ask XxJules101xX A Question ]
xKendall10x answered Saturday March 5 2005, 8:43 am: Your mom is right. And she's wrong too!!! If you have AOL, then u should talk to him then. Age dosen't matter because I'm 14, and a 19 year old likes me! I know, scary. lol. Write to me again if it dosen't work out, or I'd love to see if it did! karenR answered Saturday March 5 2005, 1:04 am: This is the second He's 18 I'm 14 Question. Are there no boy's your ages out there anywhere? Give 'em a break and check them out! There is a law against 18 year olds and 14 year olds. He can GO TO JAIL for dating you, especially if mom gets wind of it. Mom is right in this case--move on girl! Do they still use the term "jail bait"?
This is where it comes from. I'm sorry if this sounds harsh but that is just the way it is. [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
punkrockprincess answered Saturday March 5 2005, 12:16 am: get some help! that's what you should do!
i'm not trying to be mean or anything, but you're stupid!..and what you're doing is disgusting! at least your mom has enough common sense to try to stop you! i'm freaking 14 too and i would never go out with some 18 year old dude. all he probably wants is some tight ***** to screw and then he'll drop you on your ass when youre all stretched out. sorry hun, but the truth hurts. and dont get all mad cuz you're the one putting yourself out there.
xluvinux answered Friday March 4 2005, 11:32 pm: This isn't what you'll want to hear but it's the truth. There is a huge age difference there. Even if you think he's everything you've ever dreamed of, most 18 year olds only want one thing with a 14 year old. your mom is just trying to protect you. I think you should look for a guy more your age right now. =-/
qotsa369 answered Friday March 4 2005, 11:25 pm: Your answer is in your question.. hes 18 your 14. Dont do it even if he sez he likes you, he dosent. Your just gonna end up with your heart broken. I know its not what you want to hear but its the truth, its going to end badly. [ qotsa369's advice column | Ask qotsa369 A Question ]
