gain weight hey... im 14/f and i weigh 91 lbs. and ppl think im aneroxic and when i say im not they say im belimic! and im not and think that making urself throw up and not eating is gross. i eat all the time like almost everytime u see me i have food in my hand haha and i can eat something and say im full and then like an hour later i'll say im hungrey again. I have a fast metabolism and i really wanna try n gain weight, my new years resolution is to get over 100 lbs. so please can someone help me on trying to gain weight! thanks bunchez

Dont gain weight by eating unhealthy. You'll eventually gain the weight that you need, but right now if your body is burning up the food so quickly you can eat more, just dont limit yourself to cookies and cake and soda(those foods are good in small amounts, remember, you want to gain weight, not break out/acne) Just eat healthy foods and you'll probably go through a growth spert. I weigh a little more that you do( roughly around 100) and I'm a year older but my weight has to do with the years of meds my mom had me on & stress.
Anyway, You'll gain the weight you need. maybe you're just supposed to be skinny. Be happy with that.<3 ]
Like yourself, people just know you dont have a eating disorder, if your always eating. As for gaining wait, its not something you want to rush, it will happen, your still growing. ]
Most people want to weigh as little as you do!!! You don't need to gain weight, as long as you are eating right and you are healthy! Make sure you are eating as much as you should be and exercising often. You won't be staying healthy by forcing yourself to gain pounds. ]
well people say stuff like that cause they're just jealous so dont' listen to em. i have a friend that's going through the same thing...so babe just ignore them...

Well you can do what almost every american does sit around watch tv do homework eat between meals almost do nothing at all just eat unhealthy food but gain it slow its bad to go on a weight hike just do what i told you like every other day just make sure you dont go up 20 lbs hope i helped ]
Don't change yourself to make eveybody else happy. They will never be satisfied, no matter what people will always try to find something wrong with you. You're not anorexic and you know that, and anybody that knows you well enough knows that. Those people are the only ones who matter, phbt to everybody else! ]
Well my friend iz the same way n itold her to eat alot of those popsicles that are funge i think they called fungicles i dunno and she did during the summer and she goianed about 5 pounds and the average person a day eats up to 2,000-2,500 calories a day so if you want to gain wait you eat 3,000 calories or more ]
you dont need to gain weight unless your doctor says taht you weight is unheathly... dont make yourself eat too much or too little! eat the right amount to keep you full and happy and at the body image that you like! ]
I know how you feel, trust me, I'm just like you except I weigh 108 pounds and I'm 5'4" 1/4 and I'm about 15 pounds underweight. I hate it when people call girls who look skinny anorexic because they are judging them without even finding out if they are or not. To gain weight, you need to start eating foods with more carbohydrates and calories. DO NOT eat foods that are bad for you that have a lot of fat in them because you will become unhealthy. You can also buy pills that will help you gain weight. You need to talk to a doctor about this so you can get a better answer.

Wow...that sounds like i asked that question! People call me anorexic & bulim all the time. yeah i'm 89 pounds 5'4. Hmmm...all i can say is try and work out as much as possible. That's what I do, and it seems to be helping a bit. I also ride horses & do tumbling, and it's helping me gain more muscle. Well, all I can say is that at least when you're older you won't have to worry about your weight!

Im am the same way as you 13 and weigh 100 pounds.I stoped littening and told those people i have a fast matabalisum.You can gain wait by eating mre.But eat healthy not junk couse all you do is roight you teeth.If you deside to eat alot you should walk alot because they fat will be mainly musscle.

If you are content with your size and weight don't worry about gaining weight. If you're just gaining weight to impress people or so people will leave you alone...don't! But if you REALLY do want to gain weight just don't excercise and eat more. That's all I know to tell you. I have also struggled with the same thing. Many people at my school think I'm WAY too skinny but I am content with my size. Don't change unless you have or want to.

You should talk to your mom, and go see a doctor. They can show you certian ways to gain weight but not too much. Flour is a good food to eat if you wanna gain weight because it turns into sugar..and most sugar turns into fat. ]
