My hair is brown with blonde streaks, but i want to change it for summer, please tell me how you dye your hair with kool aid and tell me how much it works i mean how well it works , like if it gives off a realyl good color, or is really weak ...and can you dye your hair with hawaiian punch? (link)
Hah. I've done that before, Only I used candle wax dye. It was red(i have blonde hair)and it stained it, but it fades quicker than regular hair dye. So I'm guessing Kool aid probably wont last as long either, but It doesnt hurt to try it I guess..?



How many calories do I need to maintain [sp?] in my regular diet if I'm 13, 5"7, and 127 lbs?

Okay, So instead of repeating what the last couple of people have said, I mostly agree with the first one.
There Really isnt a way to find out how many calories you need with out asking a professional.
The goal is to keep your metabolism going all day long so it burns calories and stuff like that. So Really, you should eat about 6 meals a day (heathly meals) with lots of water. That's what I do and I've stayed around 100 pounds, only I'm like, 4inches shorter than you lol(and two years older..)
Just eat all day, in moderation of course, and drink water, exercise and what not and you should be fine


well i'm being told that just doing a bunch of ab exercises will not eliminate the extra fat i have on my lower stomach. i'm being told that i have to do some kind of cardio too, like running. i've always wanted to start running in the mornings or in the evening (like 7:00), but i'm too embarrassed to. i'm 14/f and the only people that run in my neighborhood are adults. i think it is really embarrassing to be the only teen running. and when i do go running i feel really unconfortable doing it. are there any other cardio workouts i can do inside? i really want a treadmill but my mom wont get one. i also have DDR, but it really hurts my feet and i get bored doing it after like 10 minutes so that isn't helping.

I need to start running as well, but I use a stairmaster and the beach. maybe you could too?


hey... im 14/f and i weigh 91 lbs. and ppl think im aneroxic and when i say im not they say im belimic! and im not and think that making urself throw up and not eating is gross. i eat all the time like almost everytime u see me i have food in my hand haha and i can eat something and say im full and then like an hour later i'll say im hungrey again. I have a fast metabolism and i really wanna try n gain weight, my new years resolution is to get over 100 lbs. so please can someone help me on trying to gain weight! thanks bunchez (link)
Dont gain weight by eating unhealthy. You'll eventually gain the weight that you need, but right now if your body is burning up the food so quickly you can eat more, just dont limit yourself to cookies and cake and soda(those foods are good in small amounts, remember, you want to gain weight, not break out/acne) Just eat healthy foods and you'll probably go through a growth spert. I weigh a little more that you do( roughly around 100) and I'm a year older but my weight has to do with the years of meds my mom had me on & stress.
Anyway, You'll gain the weight you need. maybe you're just supposed to be skinny. Be happy with that.
