i've been dating my boyfriend for seven months. he lives in the neighborhood next to mine, so i see him almost every day (besides the days he goes to his mom's house in chicago). he's been drifting away from me lately, and he's starting baseball tomorrow and my volleyball's getting more time consuming. how can i let go of him without like losing all interest of our relationship? help! thanx =)
Lights_Fade_Out answered Tuesday March 1 2005, 11:19 am: well, since you both have to do sports, and are dedicated to it, why dont you both agree to come to each others games?? When you have games scheduled on the same day, that would be a problem, but try going to each others games and cheer for each other =D Also, since you have been dating for 7 months, which is a long time, then maybe you could go with him to his mothers house with him? Ask him if he could get permission. Tell him that you want to spend more time with him.

Just start going out to places without him. You will let go of him but you won't lose interest in your relationship.
