Do you shave there? Cause if you do, its probably that.. That happens.. Just leave it alone, and if you have to, shave in the direction that the hair grows, and you shouldnt get them.. Hope I helped.

You should go to the gynocologist.I don't wanna scare you or anything, but it could be an STD.It may be a pimple too, but just go to the gyno to see if its serious.

MakalahLea answered Friday February 18 2005, 10:46 am:
There are several possibilities as to what it could be. You could have a pimple (yes they could show up anywhere), it could be a boil (these are caused by allergic reactions to food or meds, infected hairs, hormonal changes, etc) or it could be a sign of an STD. First I would try putting some medicine on it (Bacitratian, Neosporin, etc) and keep a small piece of gauze over it all of the time. Sometimes friction can make boils larger. If it does not start to go away in 3 days, talk to your parents and go see your regular medical doctor. He/She will probably be able to tell you what it is and how to treat it. If it is a boil they might have to lance it off.

Put some medicine on it, keep it covered and give it 3 days. If it becomes red, inflammed or starts hurting really bad go see a doctor immediately.

I hope that you start feeling better. Best Wishes!

P.S. Im not a doctor so if you are really concerned contact your regular medical doctor right away.

Well dear, when you don't wash your hoodie ( my wonderful word for vagina) then it gets nasty, when that happends you just need to wash alot, changes undies and DO NOT POP IT. If you pop it, well thats just nasty. Anyway take care Shower much and use a condom when you do do the deed.

I could possibly be herpes. I would go to the gyno. No matter how hard it may be to go there and actually get to telling your mom that you need to talk to her herpes is like a virus or something so it can be treated just not permantly cured. So i would get it checked-trix

Yes, you can get a pimple on your vulva (the outside private parts on a female). As another poster mentioned, you can also have an ingrown hair - especially if you shave. Ingrown hairs can be spotted by looking closely - you can see the hair, and you can often use tweezers or a pin to get it out. If you do remove an ingrown hair or pop a pimple, clean the area afterwards. Most people seem to prefer rubbing alcohol for everywhere except the face.

Genital warts and herpes are both spread through skin to skin contact - you can get them even if your a virgin. Both genital warts and herpes have variable incubation periods - meaning that it's not unusual for 3 months to have passed between contracting the STD and showing symptoms.

You should try to get to a doctor, if only for your own peace of mind. Since both warts and herpes can be contracted without actually having sex, your parents don't necessarily need to know that your not a virgin.

Well..if you shave your pubic hair, then its probably just an ingrown hair. Its normal. If you dont shave, its probably just a rash.To make it go away, just make sure you keep your "down there" clean. It will go away eventually.Good luck.

Hey hunny,

You may have herpes. :( I would tell someone. A parent, a gaurdian, a friend. Don't keep this to yourself, because it will probably get worse.
The odds could also be that you have an irratation from shaving your pubic area also. Either way, still tell someone and get it checked out :)
Good Luck

Do you shave your pubic hair? If so, that pimple is an ingrown hair. They are normal and a lot of girls get them. You can leave it the way it is or you can pop it and then rub rubbing alcohol over it or astrigent. If you don't shave, then it's just an ordinary bump and it will go away eventually. Hope I helped :)
