I need some advice:Every time i go to bed at nite i

i have the same problem. what i usually do is watch t.v. until my eyes hurt or read or go on my computer until my eyes hurt. It usually works for me, you should try it. If it doesnt work try something else!

Well, i have this problem and I cant figure out what is wrong with me either, I keep teling my mom who is a nurse but she just gives me medicine which helps. Try 1 benidral(spelling?) and if that doesnt help up it to 2 Benidral. Dont worry about taking to much, that is what my mom gives me, just dont go to three before asking a doctor. After you take the medicine lay down and find a comfortable position to lay in then if you have a good imagination the think up a story( i do this and it helps me fall asleep) or imagion your life when you get older(i also do this and it helps, just think about how much money youll have.) If this doesnt help then turn on some music, also buy a sound suther or a little water fountain(where you put water in it and the water flows out making a suthing sound), I have one and it helps me.

seriously I had the same porblem and my doctor said that you shouldnt think about that day, what there is to be done, the next day or anything!!!

try reading!!!

it makes your eyes tired!! :)

You could be an insomniac, which is a disorder that prevents you from sleeping. Go to the doctors and tell him your symptoms and maybe that will help you out.

one of the worst things you can do to yourself sleep wise is go to bed to early, when you arent tired, and toss and turn till you go to sleep. ITs really bad foryou body. Try not to go to bed till you are dead tired. If your problem still continues then talk to a doctor about it, but make sure to ask him if there is n e thing you can do with out going on sleeping pills, because those can screw you up even more.

If you take a nap during the day it can throw off your sleep or having coffee or tea. If it continues you should go see a doctor. Good Luck!

why dont you try havin a bath before you go to bed or dont watch tele in your rwm cos it keeps you up.also r u eatin chocalate or food wiv lots of suger in?i have truble sleepin aswell but that is because i usually hava lot on my mind.hope i helped xxxx

Maybe you can try reading someone thing really boring! Maybe 9 hours of sleep is getting to be a little to mough for you, and if you stay up and extra half hour-an hour it will make you more tired. Another thing you can try is maybe stretching before you go to bed. It will make you feel a little better, and make you a little more tired. It sort of relieves you from the day. I had the same issue awhile ago. I had too much in my head or sumthin. As you lie in bed, just go through what you need to do tommorrow. Like, think of what you need to remember, and just like go through your schedule. If that doesn't help, just think of something boring, like SS or sumthin, and go over it in your head.
