Am I eating enough? Since October last year, I haven't been having a proper lunch at school. At first it was because I just wasn't as hungry as I used to be and I didn't need to eat. Now, I do get hungry at lunch but I don't like bringing in a lunch from home and I hate queuing in the lunch hall to buy a school meal, I never have money to buy it anyway. My friends have started to comment on how thin I am getting, I have always had a slim build but now they say I am getting too thin. I can see what they mean, I am thinner but I haven't lost any weight at all. I don't think I am overweight or anything but they think I have an eating disorder. I know I don't, how can I get them to see that?

Maybe its not merely an eating disorder. It sounds a little like social anxiety. You do need to talk to a counselor, mom, or doctor about it. It's hard to do good in school if you aren't eating properly. ]
omg thats the exact same things my friends have told me im also not hungry very much and my friends say that i am way to thin and dont believe me etc. well maybe theyll just get it after a while, but theyll still ask you why arn't you eating, etc. also ask em why there not beliveing your word. NOTHING IS RONG WITH YOU i am in the same EXACT situation. but also maybe their just jelous of the type of body you ahve, etc ]
Contact youre doctor to confirm there is nothing wrong,such as an eating disorder. Then Tell your friends you went to see the doctor to make sure there is nothing wrong and he(or she) said there wasnt that wat your friends will know since the doctor confirmed it. just tell them you are growing taller because you probley are. and you are eating enough. ]
you need to start eating more. it is very unhealthy. your friends are right. eat more and they will stop bugging you. bringing a lunch to school isnt that big of a deal so start doing it. i know how much you hate yo be told this but you really do need to eat more than you do now. plz eat! ]
Talk to your friends and tell them truthfully that you are not all that hungry at lunch sometimes and let them know that you don't have a eating disorder. If they are your true friends they should trust you and believe you. Hope My Advice Helped :)

Why dont you try to eat something! Bring a couple of cookies with you that are full of fat aaNd that you like, and eat them. if they still worry, look up some info on poeple with those kinds of disorders and point out that you dont do all those things. I hope they understand!

I think the only way to prove to them is to bring lunches to school so that they can see you eating. Hope my advice helps! ]
Well, have them over at your house after school..and when your hungry eat in front of them. Or just tell them, you do not have an eating disorder and you do eat. If they are really your friends, they should believe you! ]
