First of all you are not fat. According to your height and weight you have a Body mass index of 26.4 A healthy BMI is 19 to 25 so you aren't far off. I feel too many people are trying to attain that too thin "super model" look and that isn't healthy either. However, if you still think you need to loose some weight, only 5 to 10 lbs will put you in the Healthy zone.
The best way to do this for your weight is to eat a 1200 calorie a day diet. Eat a 200 calorie meal every three hours consisting of 60% protein, 30% carbs and 10% healthy fats. In addition, try simply walking about 45 min and a good pace 3 times a week. This should increase your metabolism and you will drop a healthy 2 lbs a week. After 5 weeks, your there!
Good luck!

5" and 135 is not thin but I don't know if its fat either. If you don't think it is, then I'm sure its not. Everyone shows weight differently anyway. Like you said in your butt, boobs, and maybe even muscle (Which weighs more than fat). So don't be depressed, instead do something about it. Run laps, do crunches, eat healthier, and dress to your advantage. Wear black which is slimming and pants or skirts that flatter your figure.

First off don't think of your self as fat, and if anyone else says anything, ignore it! To help in losing weight try running. It doesnt have to be 1,000 miles just start with a small amount and work your way up. Running is a great way to get inshape and clear your head at the same time. Also keep goals in mind or motivation, because it will help you through it.
Well *good luck*

You could also try someting like yoga. Having a larger chest my self i suggest a good sports bra. Just becasue you weight isnt what the *charts* say that doesnt mean your *unhealthy*. Well, you need to make a plan. Exercise before going to bed. Like, do 20-30 pushups, situps, and crunches. And eat healthier. Cut down on carbs and no junkfood. And always remember to eat breakfast, because if you don't, it really screws up your metabolism. Good luck!
Hope I helped!

You are not alone, more that 50% of American's sturggle with their weight. But you don't need a gym to work out. Buy a workout video, or some free weights, both can be found for under $10.
