My Cat Might Be Pregnant
My cat came to my house as a stray she is was declawed... i put her with my kitten he isnt neuterd she is getting fatter how can i tell she is pregnant?

Your cat may be pregnant. Well check if there are any signs of:
1. Mood Swings
2. Stomach getting fatter
3. Lays down alot
4. ALways wants to rest
5. Sleeps alot
6. Wants more food than usual
If some of these things are happening there is a chance that your cat is pregnant.

It's very possible she's pregnat! My neighbor's cat wasn't even a year old and she became pregnat. So I would take her to a vet or someone who's really good with animals.

Take her to the vet. I really dont think its possible for pets that young to get another animal pregnant. Its not healthy for a animal real young same as it is with humans. Im not sure..well i guess its possible. Get your kitten neutered and that would also prevent the cat from getting any other animal pregnant. It would also prevent bad diseases and other problems later in its life. Talk to the vet.

umm u could take her to the doctor or put ur hand on her stomach and fell the kicking! I have a dog belive shes got pregnet 5 times!

Sometimes you can tell if her nipples are all big and poking out but you should take her to the vet just to make sure.

well, if her stomach gets rounder and drops some that is a fair sign that she's gonna be a mommy. check her teats for swelling and stuff. if she keeps getting bigger and bigger, she might be pregnant. but you can take her to the vet and know for sure. you said that your kitten wasn't neutered, but is your cat spayed? if she's spayed she can't get pregnant, even if the kitten isn't neutered. you can feel her stomach for tenderness and moving. if she gets really grouchy and angry acting when you try and pet her stomach, thats a good sign that she's pregnant too. (unless, of course, she's always like that) the only way to know for sure is to take her to the vet or wait 6-9 weeks. :) if you take her to the vet and she IS gonna have kittens, get her a box laid on it's side in a dark room with easy access. put either newspaper or old towels in the box. make sure that the box is large enough for a mother cat and 4-8 kittens. hope it all goes well! kittens are so much fun!! =D
