Okay maybe i'm just over-reacting, but, me and my boyfriend have just recently become sexually active, and we had sex the first time without a condom, i know i know bad decisio, but it wasn't hardcore sex.. it was a put it in take it out kind of thing. Like an experiment. But non-the-less, it wasn't protected. But we've had sex about 3 or 4 times since then, in the last 3 months. I had my period after the first time we had sex, and I know for a fact none of the other condoms have broke. But, for some reason, I haven't had my period in over a month, going on two! I've taken two pregnancy tests and they both said i wasn't pregnant, but i just cant' shake this feeling that I am!! Why haven't I had my period!? I know this is long, but I really need advice. Please help!
well first of all...how old are you and when did you start your period. because when you first start it, it can be irregular for some time..you can skip months between periods..its perfectly normal. but if you are usually regular i think you should go to the doctors and let them do a pregnancy test just to be sure. with some pregnancy tests especially done by the doctor..they can detect a pregnacy within first week of implantion..so i would go to the doctor just to make sure.. but i dont htink you have anything to worry about. you probably just missed a few periods. but i dont mean to get all motherly on your ass LOL but i think you should go on the pill or use another birth control method other than a condom just to be safe...becase then you wont have to worry as much about these kind of things. i really hope i helped..my email is curvylady88@hotmail.com if you want to ask me anymore questions. just so you know im 16/f/canada...it might help you to relate to me more.

SORRY! :( but don't get worried. Be safe *i hope i helped* [ lilgiggles's advice column | Ask lilgiggles A Question ]
Inga_says answered Thursday January 6 2005, 4:46 pm: I don't have sex with my boyfriend or anything like that, but I skipped my period in November and I usually get it in the middle of the month. I then got it in December in the middle of the month. Do you have any signs that your period is coming, like you are really crabby or you feel like you are poop? Check for signs. ALSO!!!! Sex before marriage is a bad thing. That is horrible. You shoulnd't do it. [ Inga_says's advice column | Ask Inga_says A Question ]
Anjela answered Tuesday January 4 2005, 3:20 am: You need to get checked out by a doctor...periods might be affected by changing what you eat or exercise or even stress...so I suggest get checked out.

MCalways answered Sunday January 2 2005, 12:53 am: The home tests aren't always accurate. If your scared to tell your mom, or go to your doctor, go to the clinic to get tested. The sooner you know the better you'll feel..
snowwalker69 answered Saturday January 1 2005, 8:43 pm: go to the hospital, or your doctor in the morning, because that is when it is easier to tell, and get it done there. At home ones aren't accurate. you should also get a pap test. [ snowwalker69's advice column | Ask snowwalker69 A Question ]
icey0990 answered Friday December 31 2004, 10:48 am: stress plays a big part in it. Try and stay calm and trust your pregnency test. Maybe after you relax your period will come. If you can, maybe go to a gyno but the gyno will probably tell you the same thing JSIMT said. They say its normal after you lose your virginty to become irregular.
Take another one in a couple weeks just monitor it..do you feel morning sickness? Morning sickness is common in your beginning pregnency.
I think you`ll be ok

JSIMT answered Friday December 31 2004, 2:11 am: Okay well if you just lost ur virginity, then thats the exact answer. When you first have sex, that screwes up ur entire menstrual cycle. My sister lost her virginity in January of 2004 , and after that, for about 6-7 months her period was totally messed up, she went to a gyno and he said it was perfectly normal for a person who just recently lost their virginity, so, if thats your case, dont worry hun!
NEVERLETG00 answered Friday December 31 2004, 12:48 am: you might have just skipped a month which isn't a bad thing, it happens to most people, but it sure gives you a scare! always use condoms and maybe you should go on birth control if you guys get really serious about being sexually active. keep taking the preg. tests until you get your period, their not that expensive, hope you get it soon! xox Renee [ NEVERLETG00's advice column | Ask NEVERLETG00 A Question ]
hiximchristine answered Friday December 31 2004, 12:48 am: hey hun, i dont know what you should do cause i have never been in this situation but all i know is that you NEED to talk to your mom or go to a clinic and talk to one of the more skilled people in these situations. I mean before..i didnt get my period for almost a year, but that was just because i had an irregular period and i was just starten but you really neeed to tlk to someone and next time WEAR A CONDOM NO MATTER WHAT! IT IS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY!!! [ hiximchristine's advice column | Ask hiximchristine A Question ]
PleaseHelpMe answered Friday December 31 2004, 12:47 am: I would take a test 1 week after the last time you last tried. If it still comes up negitive you should be safe, and just wait until the next time your period is supposed to start. If it still doesnt then I would probably ask an adult or somone about that. And if you just recently started getting your period sometimes it stops for a few months. Good luck, bye. [ PleaseHelpMe's advice column | Ask PleaseHelpMe A Question ]
Sherry answered Friday December 31 2004, 12:30 am: Keep testing yourself every two weeks or so. Just to see if anythings changing..and see if you have any of the signs of pregnancy! [ Sherry's advice column | Ask Sherry A Question ]
