They can help you keep out of the mayjor conditions that can bring about a struggle to breathe and panic. Only some cases of Chlostrophobia bring about a difficulty to breathe, but that is often affected by being overheated. Do you have hayfever? I am chlostrophobic and I have hayfever and I somtimes struggle to breathe when outside, later I found out it was hayfever. If it is very difficult for you to cope with small spaces/being overheated ect. Then I advise you to ask a doctor aswell, they might be able to give you some information on it and if you do suffer breathing difficulties outside, give you an inhaler, to help loosen you chest and throat when a panic attack hits. xxpinkeyeliner answered Tuesday December 28 2004, 4:28 pm: I'm a chlostrophobic as well and the best advice I can give you right now is to confront your parents about it. Alot of kids don't realize that talking to your parents is your best bet. Ever since I was little, I've been very open with my mom and dad and I think that's made my transition from childhood to teenagehood much easier. Things like chlostrophobia are hard to understand unless you talk to someone that's older. Good luck!! [ xxpinkeyeliner's advice column | Ask xxpinkeyeliner A Question ]

zapreth answered Tuesday December 28 2004, 3:34 pm: You are having anxiety attackes. Talk to your parents and your doctor. This is a normal response to dangerous situations, but not to everyday life. You need to have the problem treated before it gets worse. It WILL without treatment. Luck! [ zapreth's advice column | Ask zapreth A Question ]
