Bistex. It's simply amazing and nothing else has ever worked for me. My boyfriend and I use it all the time, and it makes your lips feel so much better as soon as you put it on. =)

Ask a pharmasict to help you. Go to walgreens or osco drug. THey helped me and I got some good stuff and it works well!!

I usually put this stuff called Rosebud Salve on my lips at night, it's about $5 for a tin, lasts forever though. It's available at Sephora and Bath and Body Works: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location).
They also just came out with a strawberry, flavor but I haven't tried it yet.

Hope I helped!

Every morning, gently brush your lips with a soft toothbrush until they are smooth. Then put some chapstick or vaseline on.

Put vaseline on them! Vaseline always helps if you don't have any other medicated items. Blistex works great! Hope I helped :)

use blistex or carmax , they are special for chapped lips and you can get them @ walgreens or walmart or publix.. if you go to the mall more then those places there is this lip baum in burdines / clinuqe and it is REALLY good for chapped lips , it soothes them and protects them from UV rays =)
