the best thing to do (if u want good results) is take a picture of it when its just the right shade and taking it with you to the salon. after that, they'll work the magic (hopefully)

I'm pretty sure they are light brown, blonde, and a light red color. So when you get your hair done maybe print a picture of her hair and show it to the people doing your hair.
