Wow, i have the same problem as you. My hair is also inbetween curly and straight and i agree, it doesn't look good! I use a straightner when I want my hair straight. But sometimes wearing your hair straight everyday gets pretty boring so I try to have my hair curly. I would never dare to touch a curling iron! no way! A good idea is right after you wash your hair, put your hair in braids or french braids. When you wake up take them out and your hair will have a nice curls in it. If you don't want to do any of that, blow dry your hair right after you take a shower. While drying brush it like every 7-10 minutes. It works! *Hope I Helped!*

Well, my hair is kinda like that. And all i do to make it really curly is get it wet or just take a shower..then let it dry, so it's just a little wet then i flip my head over and put gel in my hair and squeeze different parts of my hair. To get it straight i just use a regular straightener

You can get creams that will help you straighten it from a drug store or you can get it chemically straightened and that lasts a couple months..I have the same problem with my hair too so I know how you feel!lol hope I helped!

Try scrunching it when wet with gel or moose and then adding hair spray so the curls will hold.

knowing hair is one of the most important things to girlz i have so many tips for you! you could take showers at night and leave your hair in braids as they dry overnight. Or scrunch your hair. Also, i have straightening balm that you smooth over wet hair then blow dry it, itz fast, easy and gives your hair a nice shine. There is always the option of perms and perm. straightening if you are desperate. good luck hunnie!

My hair is the exact same way! I straighten it or just put it up in a pony tail. You can blow dry it straight too but sometimes it doesn't really work too good so if you blow dry it and then straighten it it will work? You could always put gel in it too. If you don't want to damage your hair then get a straightener that is good and not a cheap one or there is this stuff you can buy at hair salons and places that is good for it too. Hope i helped **x0x0x

Blow dry your hair straight. It doesn't damage your hair as much as using a straightener. Also you can use products to make your hair smooth. I recommend Garnier Fructice Smoothing Milk. Put that in your hair when its wet, right before you blow dry it. Then get this brush, it's by Conair. It's like a clamp, and on each side of the clamp it has soft bristles. You put ur hair (when its wet) inbetween the two clamps (starting at the top) and just slowly glide the brush down to the end of your hair as you blow dry it. Do that with small sections of your hair. Then when you're all done your hair will be straight!!

it's simple all you do is put gel in your hair. Diffuse on low while you put the gel and your hair will look great.

Try the kind of straighteners that are thin and have gold plates, they are always the best kind! And for curly hair, there is this stuff you can get in salons, it's called Curls Rock! Sorry, I don't know the brand, but that's the best I could do! Good luck!
Hope I helped!

Tinkerbelle answered Monday December 20 2004, 8:00 pm:
Why don't you just get it chemically straightened or get a perm? You don't have to mess with them that much, and you don't have to use a curling iron or straightener everyday. But other than that, I don't really know what to tell ya. I hear blowdrying your hair straight works.. don't ask me how though. Or you can use like mousse or something and scrunch it to make it a little curlier.
