ok just started wrestling and im a grl. .but umm i get body slammded all the time and my neck hurts soo bad does anyone no how i can get the pain to go away faster??

take some alieve and use icyhot....and a heat pad and cold pack alternating every half hour to an hour

Yeah...Get the hell of of the wrestling team your body is too delicate!I know you may be a tom boy but wrestling...girl there are other things you could do besides that!

you can get this spray form the chemist and you spray it where it hurt and it goes in about a hour.it really works.and its not alot of money.

Ice or heat and resting it..I wouldn't wrestle anymore untill the pain goes away. And if you get body slammed and hurt, maybe you shouldn't wrestle at all. But of course you get to roll on the ground w.boys...
