Okay. I know this is real life, But this same situation happened on my favorite TV show, Degrassi. Craig was always flirting with Emma but at the very last minute of the school dance, Craig asked Emma's best friend, Manny to dance. Do you want to know what Emma did? She simply talked to Manny and clarified why she had done this and it turns out, Manny actually ended up dumping the guy. I honestly think that it was probably a spur of the moment thing, and If the guy was a really great person, He never would have did that. So just talk to your friend. I'm sure there is a perfectly logical explanaition for this. If not, Maybe you should re-think your friends!

This has happened to me before... yeah that is really wrong but dont let it effect you. Your friend was wrong for doing that to you but dont hate her for it. There are more guys out there and you'll find him... and none of your friends would be able to take him. So just remember... theres more fish in the sea. Hope I helped and good luck at finding that special person lol!!<3Juliet<3

Just leave them 2 alone and talk to ur friend about it. Thats not right. No good friends would do that to eachother. Thats not faire to n e one. But the only thing you can do about it is talk to her and foget that ever happened.

If your friend knew that you really liked this guy then she is not a good friend. Good friends would respect another person's infacuation. I think that it is now up to you if you want to continue this friendship.

As for the guy, just forget about him. I can assure you that there are many guys out there. I know it may be difficult to let someone go, but it is better in the long run. Start going out to malls and socializing and leave out your radar for a new interest!

I don't think you can do anything. The kid doesn't like you, you can't make him feel what you want him to feel. If your best friend actually likes him, you shouldn't blame her, but you should tell you that you thought it was disrespectful of her to not discuss it with you first and the affect it would have on your friendship.

If your best friend definitely knew that you liked him, but is going to go out with him anyway - then no, she's not a great friend. It's up to you what you do next, though I think a conversation with her is in order.

You need to let her know how hurt you are and perhaps give her a chance to explain herself. Try to hold off making any huge decisions until you have calmed down, but remember to think about a few things: Is she intentionally hurting you? Can you ever trust her? Do you want a friend you cannot trust?

Good luck.

Well, this same thing just happened to my friend except her best friend didn't date the guy she just hooked up with him behind my friends back. I think that it isn't wrong and you have every right to be mad but maybe you should talk to her about it. I know my 2 friends talked about it yesterday and they're friends again even though she's still mad. It isn't right, but you have to remember that hew wasn't YOURS. He was no one's and they just seemed to like eachother, the right guy will come along just wait.
