butterflychick440 answered Friday September 24 2004, 3:54 pm: crunches flatten your stomach and help you loose weight at the same time. IT helps if you work your entire body instead jsut one area. you can get rid of fat on ur thighs by stretching, then get on all fours, and one leg at a time, you raise your leg as high as you can but stillkeeping the same posture...do this on each leg 12 sets of each. hope i helped! liddylflirtx3 answered Thursday September 23 2004, 6:47 pm: Crunches DO make you lose weight, if you do them properly - lifting about 6 inches off the ground. That's the sure way to get abs and to trim your stomach! You won't lose weight overnight, but after a couple months of doing crunches everyday, you'll definitly see some amazing abs! =) [ liddylflirtx3's advice column | Ask liddylflirtx3 A Question ]
