They make your stomach flatter a while after you start doing them. They don't make you lose weight, they make you gain muscle which weighs more then fat. Hope that helps =)

All my friend has been doing lately is complaining. Not to be stuck up or anything but things are going a little better for me than they are for her lately and shes tryen to bring me down with her so we can share being upset all the time . You should just be there for her. Try to make her feel better. Don't get annoyed so easily and just have patience for her, and maybe she'll change. Or maybe you could just be like joking around or something and she could say something and be like "STOP COMPLAINING!!" (jokingly) and she might get the hint. Other then that, I don't know what else could help =/..Good luck!

ok i like this boy adam, and i think he likes me too but im not sure. i ask him who he likes and he won't tell me. but its a sticky situation because one of my best friends likes him too, thats how i got to know adam. she wanted me to hook them up, and then i fell for him. i cant tell her i like him because i dont want to hurt her. she wont get mad, shes not like that, but she wll be hurt. so my question is, how do i find out if he likes me, and should i tell my friend or should i just move on from him? Maybe you could ask his friends or something who he likes, or you can flirt with him and see if he flirts back or something to find out if he likes you. If he doesn't like you like that, then you don't have to bother about telling your friend because you guys won't go out. But if he does like you too, and you have to end up telling your friend, make sure she doesn't like him anymore first, so she won't get hurt. Hope that helped =)

Well you can either flirt with him, or have one of your friends talk to him for you, or you can just like tell people you like him. Cuz then it'll go around and he'll find out =)

Ok I just got over this relationship from an online girl. We were together 5 months but she held so many lies to me and I never saw her. She lived like 4.5 hours away from me tho. But here is the question. I meet this other girl and she likes me and I like her. She lives in the same state and pretty close. How should I go about this without getting hurt again? Just start talking to her more, and ask her if she wants to hang out sometime. Who knows, maybe she thinks you don't like her or something.

Hmm..just talk to him about stuff you have in common. Like ask him what he likes to do for fun and stuff like that.
You can still try. Just don't get too caught up in that one guy incase it doesn't work out.

my best friend's mom hates me! last night she listened into our convo on the phone then ally (bff) called back and told me that we weren't allowed to be friends anymore then her mom told me that she listened and didn't appreciate what i said about her(i don't like her) and she hung up. i started crying really hard for like five minutes, then ally called back again and said that her mom said that she crossed theline by listening in and that we could be friends as long as i don't go over to ally's house. it makes me feel better, but i still can't get it out of my head. i still want to be friends with her, but i don't want to deal with her mom. what should i do??!?!?!?!?!?!?

Well, just apologize to her mom. I'm sure she will understand. Or if she still "hates" you after you apologize, just don't bother her and she won't bother you.

Theres this girl at my church who also goes to my school. No one sits with her at lunch, and im absolutly sure she doesnt have any friends. She might have some problems, im not sure. (Mentally)

Aww that's sad. I don't think you should care what your friends think..You could invite her over to sit with the people that you sit with at lunch. Or you and your friends could go sit with her. If they have a problem, then tell them to shut up and back off =)
