SuGaRxSwEeTxMaRiSsAx answered Wednesday September 22 2004, 10:59 pm: Try using liquid liner - a good brand is Revlon. It stays on way longer than pencil and gives a darker and more defined line. It can be tricky at first because it is a little more messy than using a pencil. If you do want to stay with a pencil liner though I reccomend anything from Revlon or Almay... or for something a little cheaper try Annabelle liner.
Good luck

behindxthesexeyes answered Wednesday September 22 2004, 7:41 pm: Haha yes we all have this problem. I like Great Wear from Maybelene...It's all black and it twists up...around 6 dollar from a drug store. Also, amazing wear 8 hour from Allmay, and it's great for sensitive eyes.
