hey does nair really work? because i have a hard time shaving my legs and getting all the spots and i thought it would be nice but i want to know if it works first. thanx.
truadvice answered Wednesday September 22 2004, 8:02 pm: nair works but it can leave a bad rash on you legs for a while be carefull and test it on a small spot on you leg and if there is no rash it is safe to say you can use nair [ truadvice's advice column | Ask truadvice A Question ]

xo__LiSHY answered Tuesday September 21 2004, 8:30 am: I bought some of that Veet Rasera stuff and that worked good. Nair doesn't work all that great and it stinks. I think what would work best is this new Nair mousse that's comming out. It would spread alot easier and hopefully smells better! [ xo__LiSHY's advice column | Ask xo__LiSHY A Question ]
MoonFisher answered Monday September 20 2004, 10:37 pm: It works but it's not very good for your skin. I recommend getting feminine shaving cream instead. Then at least you can see what spots you've missed because they'll still have the foam on them, AND it makes your skin so soft you won't even notice if you miss a spot or two. Sherry answered Monday September 20 2004, 9:43 pm: I used nair for a while, its awesome. But it smells like crap. You could try getting the rasberry smell see if that works...But make sure you have like air freshener to take the nair smell away after ur done or ppl in ur house will yell at u...trust me i know! FernGully answered Monday September 20 2004, 9:00 pm: Its different for everyone. I don't know the technical reasons as to why, but I know one person who said it was the greatest, most painless way to remove hair and the most effective! I also know a person who said it sucked, and it didnt even remove the hair.
I think you just have to try it for yourself to be honest. Its expensive though, so if its crappy, its a pretty big money loss. It apparently works best on arm hair rather than leg hair if that helps at all. [ FernGully's advice column | Ask FernGully A Question ]
