What is the difference between acne, pimples, and zits?

good question well actually acne is kinda like red dots covered all over ur face and a zit and pimple are the same thing which is just one huge red dot lol well thats the best i could do good luck

ok acne is when you have lots of pimples. pimples are lil bumps w/ white stuff lol eww. zits are pimples. hope i helped

Acne is alot of pimples and stuff at one time and pimples and zits you get one at a time...or two at a time...the point is you dont get a lot of them!

Acne is when you break out everywhere such as on your face, chest, and back. Pimples and zits are the same thing. Hope I helped :)

Acne is like a lot of pimples and its more severe than just a few pimples and sometimes if its really bad it needs a special cream or medication. Pimples and zits are the same thing.
